It was a WEEKEND for the books!! 🥹❤️✨

When co-workers become family, you know you’ve found something special! We had the BEST time celebrating the Hogans and making memories together! 🥰

I think that last picture says it all… the love this family has for each other is just EVERYTHING. 😭❤️ So thankful for weekends like this, people who become family, and the memories we get to make together!

Love y’all so much!! 🫶🏼💕

Happy National Travel Advisor Day 💙

This is such a special month because we get to recognize a very important segment of the industry: travel advisors. 2026 has allowed me to meet more people face-to-face than the past 22 combined. I’ve been on the road in California, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Illinois, Michigan, Florida, Texas - hundreds of conversations in offices, over coffee, during conferences and events.

And I’m learning more, digging deeper, and reminding each advisor: you are not alone.

And here’s what you’ve reminded me:

Your value goes way beyond destination knowledge. You’re researchers, dream makers, relationship builders, content creators, salespeople. You’re not booking vacations - you’re running sophisticated businesses with the intention to create transformative travel experiences.

Not all business is good business. The advisors who thrive long-term? They know their ideal partnerships. They’ve built strong networks. They have mentors, insurance coverage, lawyers on retainer. They understand what differentiates them. They know when to say no. Just because you CAN take a client doesn’t mean you SHOULD. Strategic growth requires restraint.

Everything is a trade-off. Time invested in one client means you can’t invest it somewhere else. Building one partnership deeply means not building ten superficially. The advisors who last don’t try to treat everything equally. They choose. They prioritize. They let some things go. And that’s not failure - that’s strategy.

To every travel advisor who let me into your office, showed me how you work, shared your challenges, and reminded me why face-to-face conversations matter:
Thank you.

You’re not just selling trips. You’re building businesses that withstand industry shifts, economic uncertainty, and constant change. You’re making impossible trade-offs every day. You’re navigating complexity with grace.

Happy National Travel Advisor Day to the professionals who make this industry work 💚

There's something that happens around the dinner table in China.

The lazy Susan starts to spin... dumplings, whole fish, vegetables you can't quite name (or don't know the English word for)... and you realize pretty quickly that eating this way requires you to ️~pay attention~

You notice when someone across the table is reaching. You wait. You pass. You laugh when you both go for the same dish at the same time. Without even thinking about it, you start taking care of each other.

That's what family-style dining actually means. Not just sharing food but also sharing space, sharing consideration, sharing a moment with people you maybe just met.

That's also just... China. The people here have this genuine curiosity about you that's hard to explain until you've felt it. They lean in. They want to know you. And somewhere between the first dish and the last cup of tea, travel advisors who started off as strangers on a Century Cruises FAM trip stopped feeling like colleagues and started feeling like something close to family.

I've seen it happen before on trips to China. I watched it happen again right here 🥢

If you're the kind of traveler who's curious, open, and ready to be genuinely surprised, China is calling. Let's get you there.

What an epic day at Mardi Gras! Fun in the French Quarter, insane night at Endymion. Made it to bed before sunrise, so we called that a win. So lucky to be on a team of veterans to drag me along 🥰🤩 Enjoying dear friends and making new ones!
