Leadership doesn’t happen by accident. It starts with the habits we build every single day. 📚✨

Tonight our book club is diving into Chapters 13–15 of Atomic Habits and learning how small, consistent actions shape stronger leaders. Growth is always better when you’re surrounded by people who challenge and inspire you.

If you’re ready to invest in yourself, sharpen your mindset, and grow alongside like minded people, we’d love to have you join us. 💛

What’s one habit you’ve been working on lately? Drop it in the comments! 👇🏾 #BookClub #AtomicHabits #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #BetterEveryDay

Tonight’s zoom with my team was everything I needed! 💛📚 We kicked off our book club and dove into the first two chapters of The Power of a Positive Team, and let me tell you… WOW! The gems, the growth, the perspective, the accountability… all of it.

There’s something powerful about reading a book like this together.
✨ We grow together.
✨ We lead better together.
✨ We communicate stronger.
✨ We build real unity.
✨ And we show up for each other, not just in business, but in life.

Being in a book club with your team is a whole different type of elevation. The conversations hit deeper, the motivation hits stronger, and the breakthroughs come faster.

I’m grateful for this circle, for this energy, and for every person who’s committed to showing up, learning, and building something positive — one chapter at a time.

Cheers to growth, positivity, and teamwork! 💛🚀

💪🏾 Teamwork made the dream work! 🙌🏾 This event would NOT have been possible without such an amazing team. From planning to prep to execution — everyone played their part and truly showed up with heart ❤️ Blessed to say that I’ve known the first 6 people in these pictures for more than 25 years and together we have elevated ourselves to do things that we could have never imagined when we were young and unruly teens 🥰 @blaxzdundaplace @m3lyfestyle @tamtorched @krazzyhype #Stephanie @cookimango_da_goddess

The entire Plates of Joy Crew successfully served over 265 hot meals 🍽️ while providing live entertainment, positive vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. 🏡✨

Big shoutout to EVERYONE who shared the flyer, reposted the campaign, volunteered, donated, or simply sent words of motivation 🙏🏾 — you reminded us that what we’re doing matters.

This wasn’t just an event — it was a movement of love, unity, and purpose 💫

💥 Plates of Joy continues Dec 20–21 for our Winter Holiday Editions 🎄
