34✨⤵️

On Tuesday, I celebrated my 34th birthday🎂

I’ve always been an abundant birthday celebrator LOL

But I haven’t always been a relaxed birthday girl

Until recently, I would get tight around my birthday. My perfectionism would come up intensely. I’d stress about details of my party, or would easily find reasons to feel disappointed if I wasn’t acknowledged or celebrated in the ways I was hoping to be

Can anyone relate??

I was in so much self-will

I was seeking to feel validated by those around me, because I didn’t feel whole enough on my own, and from God’s love

Now, I am sooooo relaxed around my birthday. I can really let go all the way, and receive whatever unfolds, and the love that’s present in my life, without having to control it

And there’s A LOT of love! 🥹

This year, I celebrated early with a party with my Austin fam & a ceremony of nurturing touch, heart-felt reflections, & compliments designed to make me blush or cry (they succeeded at both!) ☺️🥹

My actual bday was soent in the Berkshire Mountains with @elliemontgomerie & her fam, @sara.chizek & her fam, and my beloved friend @taisha.cortes. We ate cake, shared reflections, swam, and had a flowing day of connection

I got to receive my friend @itsashaeisbell planning & holding a call for me with lots of my US & international sisters (+ my mom & dad!!), who put loving attention on me and invited me to share about my past year & my desires/dreams for my year ahead

They all poured the most generous reflections into me. I sobbed receiving their words, love & blessings 😭  HOLY SH*T! It is truly such a gift to feel so loved and accepted for all of who I am. My messiness, my gifts, my imperfections, and the unique way I love

I shared on the call that I really feel this is the year I’ll meet my man. Even though I’ve dreamed & prayed for that every bday for the past several years 😆🤪

This year feels different.

And I actually feel surrendered around it. I’m not gripping. Not aching. It just feels true. And I’m relaxed & excited about it ☺️

My life feels so full as is. And it’s such a privilege to have this opportunity to fully savor it 🥰

Here’s to another epic year ahead!🥂

Avalon & I hosted a private 🌹 & 🌵ceremony - and the amount of healing that happened in just a short amount of time was beyond.

🌹 & 🌵 are two very powerful plants here to help unite the sacred heart within. The masculine spirit of huachuma holds that safe and sacred space within for queen rose to go in and do her work.

By working with each color of the rose we were able heal
wounds around unworthiness, anxiety & fear of the unknown. These women were able to rewrite moments in their life where their voice was shut down, where their feminity was rejected or deeply disrespected, these women got to anchor in & align energetically their vision for their life - honing in on their creative power. We got to welcome in forgiveness not only for others but for our selves.

These two powerful teachers never cease to amaze me with the deep healing works that they create as a team!

These ceremonies are intimate & special, designed so that each woman who attends gets the private attention & support that she needs.

Hi friends!!

I’m so thrilled to share with you my newest single, This Is Where Life Begins, my most vulnerable song yet.🩷

The song is a slow burner … it’s more of a poem than a song to me. So, I invite you to let yourself really slow down and feel the lyrics.

I wrote this song as a wake up call to myself:
Stop judging others.

Stop talking sh*t about the men I’ve dated in the past.
I don’t need to do that to feel better about myself. My confidence comes from seeing my own radiance and beauty, not from calling out other people’s issues. They’re all mirrors anyway.

I hope it stirs something up and inspires you.
