✨🦋 MEET THE HEARTS BEHIND EMPOWERED FREQUENCIES! 🦋✨

We’re Vanessa & Tania, two women brought together by friendship, purpose, and a shared passion for healing, empowerment, and community. 💜

We created Empowered Frequencies with one beautiful vision: to bring people together, create meaningful connections, and provide a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen, supported, and uplifted.

We are beyond excited to connect and collaborate with so many like-minded, passionate individuals who share our love for helping others. From sound healing and energy work to holistic wellness, mindfulness, and spiritual growth, we believe everyone has something special to bring to the table. 🌿

This isn’t about competition. It’s about collaboration, connection, and community.

We truly believe that when passionate people come together with genuine intentions, something beautiful happens.

We can’t wait to meet you, learn from you, grow alongside you, and create unforgettable healing experiences together!

This is just the beginning, and we’re so grateful you’re here! ✨

With love and positive frequencies,

Vanessa & Tania 💕

That’s leadership.

You do the work.
You grow.
You learn.
You build.

And eventually, you realize…

It was never just about how far I could go.
It was about how many people I could help move forward with me.

That’s the mission.
Grow yourself. Build your future. Then reach back and bring somebody with you. 🔥 #teambto #1stphorm #changinglives #

ONE WEEK!!! 🥹❤️👑

I can’t believe it’s already been one full week since I officially launched Country Diva Fit!

I just want to say THANK YOU. Every follow, like, comment, share, message and word of encouragement has meant more to me than you know.

I started this page simply wanting to share my real journey — the workouts, the laughs, the struggles, the dogs 😂, and everything in between. I had no idea how much love would come back my way in just ONE WEEK.

We’re only getting started, y’all. 👑

Real life. Real fitness. Real talk.

Happy Friday, and thank you for being here with me. ❤️

One week down… let’s see where this journey takes us! 🥰

Life gets loud. Sometimes we need a space where we can simply be still. 🤍

✨ Empowered Frequencies is about creating intentional moments to breathe, release, restore and reconnect through sound, stillness and intention.

You don’t have to be struggling to make space for yourself. Sometimes self-care is simply giving your mind, body and spirit permission to slow down. 🌊✨

Release • Restore • Reconnect
One frequency at a time. 🤍

There’s a difference between having a starting point and being someone who judges another person’s starting point.

One thing life has taught me: it’s not a restart just because you decide to make a change.

You decided to take a chance.
You stepped onto a new starting point.

And there will always be people sitting on the sidelines asking:

“Why would they start running?”
“Why would they leave their career for a new one?”
“They must be going through something.”
“Why would you become a real estate agent?”
“Why suddenly do you want to get a degree?”
“Why are they suddenly a financial professional?”

Because maybe they’re not starting over.

Maybe they’re starting forward.

And sometimes the person judging your starting point simply doesn’t understand the vision that got you there.

So excuse me if you’re standing in my way.

I’ll see you at the starting line—and I’ll help you get started. #changinglives #teambto #iam1stphorm
