🚨 PRICE DROP ALERT! 🚨

If you've been waiting for the right home in Roswell, this is your opportunity.

📍330 Shady River Trace, Roswell, GA

This beautiful ranch-style home just had a price improvement and offers features that are becoming harder to find:

✅ All bedrooms on the main level
✅ Wide hallways for easy mobility
✅ No stairs for everyday living
✅ Ideal for families with young children
✅ Perfect for multigenerational living
✅ Quiet, established neighborhood in Roswell

One of my favorite things about this home is the convenience of one-level living. Everything you need is right where you need it.
