BEFORE I FORMULATE, I LISTEN! ✨
A great consultation is more than choosing a color. I look at your hair history, condition, skin tone, eye color, maintenance routine, lifestyle—and most importantly, what YOU want to see when you look in the mirror. And if you put your trust in me and I feel like something isn’t the right option for you—YES, I will give you my honest professional opinion. Sometimes that means tweaking the inspiration, sometimes choosing a different direction, and sometimes saying, “I wouldn’t do that to your hair.” HER TRANSFORMATION COMING UP BEXT!

Then we create a plan that makes sense for your hair.

Because beautiful, expensive-looking color should be customized to you—not copied from a formula. 🤎

👏 HUGE thanks to @tannanmd for speaking at the last TAP Meetup! Everyone learned a ton about deep plane facelifts, and how we can effectively collaborate within the surgical and non-surgical world of aesthetics.

🤝 As we all know, best results are often achieved with a combination of treatment modalities.

Also, a big thanks to @exocellure for offering to sponsor our event!🙏

🎗️Be sure to save the date for our next Meetup in just 3 weeks on October 7. More details coming soon!

Community over competition, always. ❤️

Huge gratitude to @rebel_aesthetics_pllc for curating such a safe, inspiring space for skin specialists across Raleigh to connect, learn, and grow together.

Finding a room full of professionals who are just as obsessed with continuing education as they are with lifting each other up is rare.

From the monthly deep-dives into leading treatments and live demos to discovering new product launches and breaking down industry trends. Thank you for investing in our local community and reminding us how powerful collaboration really is.

✨Knowledge hits different when you’re sharing it with people who care just as much about the science and artistry of skin as you do. ✨

Already counting down to the next one! 💃🏻

What a lovely evening with many of the Triangle Area Plastic Surgeon. During dinner we enjoyed interesting case presentations by Dr. Hultman, Dr. Lyle and Dr. Purzycki. I am grateful for the collaboration and partnerships. 🐅💛🐅

What’s in my bag at The Aesthetic Meet as an Allied Pro RN? ✨

🩺 Clinical essentials
💉 Aesthetic education overload
💧 Electrolytes
💄 Emergency lip gloss
🔋 3 chargers somehow still dead
☕ Conference caffeine
📚 Notes about exosomes and nanofat I’ll pretend I fully understood by hour 9

Cute, clinically hydrated, and slightly overstimulated.

ASAPS 2026 The Meet. Great weekend catching up with colleagues and industry partners. And a nice pause before the move to @drstarkplasticsurgery

There comes a moment in every season of life where you realize the next chapter won’t begin unless you have the courage to step up to the plate.

Growth rarely feels comfortable. It asks you to leave behind the version of yourself that felt safe, predictable, and familiar. But the most meaningful chapters of my life and career have started the same way: with uncertainty, faith, and the decision to move forward anyway.

Not because the path was guaranteed.
Not because I felt fully ready.
But because standing still eventually became more uncomfortable than taking the risk.

The next chapter doesn’t arrive on its own. You choose it. You step into it. And somewhere between fear and possibility, you become the person capable of living it.

Here’s to new beginnings, bigger dreams, and having the courage to take your turn at bat. ⚾️
