You can do so much and still go to bed thinking about everything you didn’t get to.

What if we also asked ourselves instead, did I make room for something that mattered to me today?

Let’s explore this together at my next self-love circle 💛

I overstand what it’s like to do so much and still at the end of the day be thinking “I should have done more.”

That’s why I’m hosting What Makes a Day Enough? 🤍 A self-love circle to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and explore where that pressure comes from.

We’ll journal, reflect, and share. I’d love to have you there.

Sitting down but mentally still working. Having time to rest but feeling like I should use it to get ahead.

I’m learning to let myself appreciate what I’ve done before asking “What else?”

If this feels familiar, join me for What Makes a Day Enough? A self-love circle to pause and explore this together.

When was the last time you went to bed thinking, “I’m so proud of myself”?

I’ve been reflecting on how to shift what makes me proud of myself from how much I do to how I show up.

This question inspired my next Self-Love circle, “what makes a day enough?”. A space to pause, look within, and reconnect with what actually matters to you.

I would love to have you there 🤍

Witnessing people who don’t know each other share their inner worlds and allow themselves to be seen not only inspired me, but shifted something in me.

To commute on a Monday night and share how you truly are, what you truly want, and what you truly want to let go of takes courage. To ask yourself the hard questions, answer them out loud, and let yourself be witnessed takes vulnerability.

I witnessed this every week, and I left every week buzzing. Inspired by people willing to look within instead of numbing or ignoring what they feel.

Their courage and vulnerability moved me in ways I will carry with me forever.

What I know for sure is that healing can happen in community. While solitude is important and needed, there is something deeply healing about being seen, heard, and supported by others. I am deeply proud to have helped create a space where people could share and feel safe doing so.

Forever grateful! And even more affirmed that this is the work I feel called to do!

Last night after Self-Love Reset, I came home buzzing and read a passage from Louise Hay that reminded me that self-love is not just a feeling, it’s a choice.

What if every decision began with: “I love myself, therefore…”?

Next Monday is our final Self-Love Reset on Choice. We’ll explore choosing the life we desire and deserve. From 7-8:30 at @tantarasf

A decade ago I arrived at Orange Village Hostel on O’Farrell st. I think my first meal was at Pearl’s Deluxe Burgers nearby. Did I bring one suitcase or two? Definitely the teal one with a broken wheel. Feels like 10 lifetimes ago - 10 lifetimes I would never trade. Everything’s changed. Except my relentless pursuit of finding the magic in everything ✨🧡🫂

Sometimes we carry beliefs and expectations for so long that we forget we’re allowed to put them down.

This Monday, we’ll explore what we’re ready to release in the Self-Love Reset. A little reflection, a guided visualization, and space to simply be.

I’d love to share this evening with you :)

One of a kind Teacher Training - this October 😻 Most yoga classes have 20 of the same poses taught year after year - even though our mobility and strength grow on variety and progressive challenges.

Join us to explore the art of sequencing - sustainable, intelligent, purposeful, safe, and creative that your students continue to grow with you year after year. You’ll step outside the familiar yoga-class box and explore unexpected movements, transitions, preparations, and ideas that your students may have never experienced before.
