We kicked off Tech Week with a little mindfulness at Tantara 🧘‍♀️✨

We were so happy to host @timingai and @biuty.ai for a morning of meditation, movement, coffee, conversation, and connection. It was such a lovely opportunity to meet new people from across the tech community and learn more about the work both of these companies are doing. 🌸

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special - and a big thank you to our partners for bringing this gathering to life. 🤍

Witnessing people who don’t know each other share their inner worlds and allow themselves to be seen not only inspired me, but shifted something in me.

To commute on a Monday night and share how you truly are, what you truly want, and what you truly want to let go of takes courage. To ask yourself the hard questions, answer them out loud, and let yourself be witnessed takes vulnerability.

I witnessed this every week, and I left every week buzzing. Inspired by people willing to look within instead of numbing or ignoring what they feel.

Their courage and vulnerability moved me in ways I will carry with me forever.

What I know for sure is that healing can happen in community. While solitude is important and needed, there is something deeply healing about being seen, heard, and supported by others. I am deeply proud to have helped create a space where people could share and feel safe doing so.

Last night after Self-Love Reset, I came home buzzing and read a passage from Louise Hay that reminded me that self-love is not just a feeling, it’s a choice.

What if every decision began with: “I love myself, therefore…”?
