Sometimes, the universe sends you a welcoming committee. 🐾

Just outside of where the car was parked for a day trip...I spotted this little doggie right there on a ledge, extending her paw like she was welcoming me.

"Hey you, you are in the right place!"
You're right where you need to be.

A fellow coach reflected something back to me recently...

I was outside doing my curbside coaching when a Tao team member came out with a jar she couldn't open. She handed it to me, I opened it, and that was that.

My coach said, “That's a great analogy for coaching. Sometimes you just need a little help opening the jar.” ‼️ ‼️ ‼️

And she's right.
🔼 🔼 🔼 🔼

Sometimes you don't need someone to solve your problems or tell you what to do. You just need another perspective, a thoughtful question, or a helping hand to get unstuck.

That's what coaching can feel like. A welcome. An invitation. A little extra support when you need it.

So when someone offers you a hand (👋 or 🐾), consider taking it.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

And if you happen to see me out doing curbside coaching, come say hello. You never know what a little conversation might open up for you.

P.S. I was hoping I'd see my little welcoming committee again before I left. And sure enough, there she was, sitting on that same little ledge as I wrapped up my day.

Some things just come full circle. 🩵

private sauna session at the Jersey Shore 🔥

@taomassage’s saunas are our go-to for staying warm at the Jersey Shore, especially on freezing weekends like this one. Their infrared saunas heat up gradually, so your body eases into the warmth instead of feeling suffocated and overly hot. We usually plug in our phones to listen to music or a podcast or meditate while the infrared heat helps our bodies remember what warmth feels like and melts away any stress, inflammation, and joint pain. There’s even water bottles, towels, and access to private showers after the session, if needed.

LETS DO IT! Let’s talk about it! PERIMENOPAUSE!

I had the privilege of talking at a perimenopause party day at @longbranchpubliclibrary . The group of providers and attendees were great. Very meaningful conversations were had. Perimenopause and menopausal health has a long way to go but we’re making moves on it by talking, sharing and spreading the word.

Let the countdown begin!! Every day this week we will be announcing our session leaders for SOAR on 10/22/24 at THE WHITECHAPEL PROJECTS!!

***

Can you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be?

We are so excited to announce our first session leader for SOAR Symposium 2024 - Vivian Taormina! Vivian will be leading a powerful, fun, and unique interactive session that will tap into the power of sound, movement, and so much more!

Vivian Taormina’s life and career in the healing arts is inseparable. One of her top values is CONTRIBUTION. For the past 30 years Vivian has been making the spirit, mind and body connection for herself and clients!

Taormina has guided clients to remember WHO THEY ARE; return to and ignite that spark inside themselves by reconnecting with the heart and intuition using body & mind wisdom. Finding and seeing the holistic picture for individuals she reaches is at the center of her interchanges.

Color goes here! While this isn't art I created one could say it's where my art comes from: my higher self! Look how I'm surrounded in white meaning higher consciousness, THE SOURCE, destiny, intense energy, cosmic wisdom!
.
My first aura photograph was circa 2002 at the then Natural Products ExpoEast and it was an over arching blast of orange surrounded by blue.
Some 22 years later this aura photography by @freedomrocksco, a neighboring businesses of @taomassage, at our local favorite @longbranchartscenter shows W🤯W how much I've evolved into very balanced energies coming in and out and how I perceive the world rooted in cosmic WISDOM ;)

MAGENTA: for creatives that have a 6th sense or artistic gift. The color of the teacher of truth and the release of pain and suffering from others.

TURQUOISE: loving to be of service to others and valuing connection community and communication. Connection community and communication are three of my top values :-) And no coincidence that turquoise is the color of TAO!

PURPLE:
Visionary unconventional open-minded non-judgmental playful loves to be inspired and Delight others

and overall blanketed in WHITE:
higher Consciousness The Source Destiny intense energy Cosmic wisdom
