For most of my life, I learned it was safer to stay silent. 🤫 As a child and growing up, I often felt small, ignored, or like what I had to say didn’t matter. I believed that speaking up just led to embarrassment or being overlooked.

Over time, I built a shell around my voice, and it became easier to hide than risk being unheard. 🤭

Through years of healing ❤️‍🩹 diving into alternative practices, exploration, and trial and error, I’ve gained knowledge and tools that actually help regulate the nervous system, calm stress, and reclaim presence.

Now, I want to share what I’ve learned. This is day 1 of 100 days of using my voice to share healing tools and lived wisdom. If any of this resonates, I hope you’ll watch, tap along, or just feel seen. 🩵

I’m sharing these tools and insights daily over on @tap.into.truth if this resonates, you might like to follow along there too.

Train yourself to notice the tiny wins. The subtle, almost secret moments where you get one percent better at something new. That flicker of elation matters. Chase it. Let it remind you that progress is happening quietly beneath the surface.

See your growth. Have patience with it. Remember to play. Practice makes progress, not perfection. Perfection isn’t the point… but joy is. And curiosity is. And that feeling of becoming a beginner again is full of magick if you let it be.

Every time you learn something new, you build strength, resilience, and this deep inner faith that you can figure things out if you just keep going. It opens you up. It makes the world feel full of possibility instead of limits.

And when the old “I can’t” sneaks in, add “yet.” Leave the door open. Leave room for who you’re becoming.

This applies to everything. Movement. Design. Business. Performing. Finances. All the tiny, tender skills that make up a life.

So what’s your one percent today?

✨Here’s a quick tapping session to raise your vibration and mood for the day!✨ follow along!

🩵One of my favorite ways to tap is to use inspirational music or spoken word like this track.

💙I have a whole playlist of songs that work really well for this! This track is called “repeat after me” ByHaze and is available on Spotify.

🩵 You can say the words or sing along to any song as you tap to help release emotions, cultivate peace, and soothe your nervous system!

✨try this every morning for a week, or anytime you need an emotional reset!

🙌Let me know if you’d like to see more!

💙follow my other account where I share my story (quite vulnerably)..and I focus more on providing tools and ideas for alternative healing. 👉 @tap.into.truth
