Join us for our first-ever Adaptive Sports Field Day at the Yonkers PAL for an incredible day of fun, community, and inclusive play for UP TO 80 athletes with special needs!

Spots are limited, and all participants must register directly with the PAL to secure their place. We are also looking for amazing volunteers and peer mentors to support our athletes on the field! 🤝💙

Still smiling from ear to ear! 🎾💙 Huge thank you to the @usopen and @usta for having us at the Court of Dreams for the adaptive tennis sessions! Experiencing the magic of Billie Jean King National Tennis Center was truly an unforgettable dream come true for our athletes.

Opportunities like this mean the world. Seeing children and young adults with diverse needs take the court, build confidence, and shine shows what true inclusion is all about.

Tennis really is a game for everyone, and we are beyond grateful to be part of a movement creating a more inclusive world on and off the court.

Since on this day is the birthday of the founder of @musicwill @davewish27 , I figured it would be the perfect time to share the recording of my presentation from @modernbandsummit coordinated by @hiphopeducationcenter

Forgot to mention the element of Graffiti in my presentation so here is how to use it in the music classroom:

Play a piece of music and ask students to draw:
Lines that match the melody
Shapes for rhythm
Colors for emotions
Symbols for instruments
Patterns that represent the beat
