This is a different type of drop-off; and we need to know about it. Thanks to @taracantwin for this great interview with the amazing @judgechristinenc about how we can “stop the drop-off”! 🙌🏻 #women #northcarolina #dropoff #education #fyp @yall.vote @bullcityanna

We lit the candles. We drank the bubbly. We bedazzled basically everything in sight.

And now Candles for Candidates are officially available online. 🕯️✨

Meet the collection:
🔥 Good Trouble
🦎 The Salamander
✨ Keep It Lit
♀️ The Matriarchy

Our launch party sold out of every candle we had poured for the night — and now Bells Box Collective is pouring more.

Four candles. Four stories. One very sparkly collaboration.

And even better: Candles for Candidates orders ship FREE with two-day shipping.

Shop the limited-run collection at the link in bio.

It’s time for Veggie’s bath, and time to talk about some of the things that I value.

Normal humans! We need you!

You are the expert on your community. Your voice belongs in the story.

Too many people are telling the stories of places they’ve never been and issues they’ve never faced. Good on them for spotlighting the issues. It’s even better when those narratives are actually grounded in the real life experience of people facing those issues.

That’s where Community Voices Project comes in.

With Community Voices Project we’re building a list of people, just like you, from around the country who are willing to share their perspectives on the issues facing their communities.

Then, when your issue in your community pops up in online content, we match you with the creator or journalist talking about it.

You aren’t committing to anything by signing up. You’re just raising your hand to say you’re open to using **your voice** on the **issues you choose** if the opportunity arises.

Sign up now on community voices project (dot) o r g

🎪 The Iredell County Fair is happening NOW through Saturday, September 12th!

The Democratic Women of Iredell County are sponsoring a booth again this year to spread the Democratic message to We the People — and we need volunteers to help staff it.

Pick a date and time that works for you. We'll provide all handout materials and instructions right at the booth — no prep required!

📧 Check your email for more details and to sign up for a shift.

We’re in the final 60-day stretch, so obviously we’re finding ways to make it a little more fun 💕🪩💕

We’re not asking you to knock doors (but you should👀). We’re asking you to come drink bubbly🥂, pick out a candle🕯️, maybe bedazzle it✨, and support the work that keeps us going!

September 10. Come hang out with us. RSVP link in bio🔥 #cwvf #davidsonnc #corneliusnc
