POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
None of these legends are what you would call athletes (sorry, not sorry 😂) They have had ZERO time for running programs, training or prep because at the start of this week, they made the very quick decision to put their hands up and say, “Yep, sign us up” and now, somehow, they’re doing it tomorrow!

But they are all doing it fuelled by something much bigger than their athletic ability, they are doing it for their love of our Audrey Strawberry 🍓 and wanting to change the heartbreaking statistics for all families impacted by childhood brain cancer.

In just ONE WEEK, our tiny team of 5 has raised over $6,000 for @rcdfoundation. Not so tiny at all 🥹

I am so incredibly grateful to every single person who has donated, shared a post or started a conversation to help us get the message out there.

Thank you. Truly. It means so much and I am completely overwhelmed by the love and support we have behind us.

Go Team Audrey Strawberry, we will be cheering you all on every step of the way 💛💛

Creating this carousel felt strangely therapeutic, it was the first moment that I paused and reflected on the year because I find it difficult to look back when my mind is always racing ahead a million miles trying to plan for all the different paths. As I moved through each month, my heart broke for our beautiful babies and the enormity of what has happened.
Audrey’s diagnosis shattered our world and in just eight months she has been through eight surgeries, thirteen anaesthetics, six rounds of chemo and countless lifesaving blood products and medications. All numbers that still feel shocking and that Sammy and I honestly don’t know how to make sense of. The other thing that stands out so strongly in our year is the love that has surrounded us. Behind every photo is a huge village who have been holding us up and helping us through each day. I know I have said it previously but seriously EVERY kind gesture, meals dropped at the door, playdates for Elliott, check-in messages, financial support, blood donations, petitions signed, posts shared, charity support, toy drive efforts, love and prayers has truly made the world of difference. And the surprisingly beautiful thing is how that love has flowed into this online space too. It still amazes me that from a small heartfelt community meaningful change can happen. People who truly believe, as we do, that more awareness will lead to more funding, research breakthroughs and ultimately better outcomes for children like Audrey.
Looking to 2026 feels impossible while we are holding our breath for Audreys MRI next week but I do know that I will keep sharing our journey, advocating for change and also finding new ways to support Audrey’s healing, sending love and gratitude to you all ❤️

Endlessly thankful for all the effort, time, + love over the weekend. Feeling very lucky to have the friends and family I do, Thank you all for the beautiful gifts, so much thought went into so many, our little babe is beyond spoilt, and I feel endlessly grateful for the lifelong friendships, the new ones, and every second in-between.

Almost time for the next chapter.
