Been looking for some new outfits to wear for my music ✨

@wildheartedandwelsh had me so inspired seeing her Vinted outfits at The Long Road, I thought I’d see what I could find…

Found this @tarastarlet dress for £9 and I’m in love 😍 Feeling amazing!

Note to self, do not open a package and talk when using a microphone.

Who remembers when I worked at Tara Starlet?

My body has changed quite a bit since then and I sold quite a lot of my pieces. However, when I saw this dress on my recent style evolution reel I wanted it again. Thankfully I found it on @vinted in my size and now it's the perfect addition to my wardrobe.

But which styling do you prefer then or now?

This is the almost-seven year anniversary of this much-adored outfit: I remember wearing these Tara Starlet pieces around NYC with confidence and feeling like I had found my post-two babies sartorial identity, which involved lots of high waist skirts 😆 That trip went down in the history books as a real shocker, starting with my eldest’s hand getting jammed in the elevator at JFK upon arrival and a night in the emergency room at NYU. I remember breathlessly telling my hubby - who had stayed in England - that I was relieved he’d gotten that insurance plan that covered every country. “Except the US,” he’d grunted 😂 On the plus side, we did get a lovely teddy bear from the hospital (and came away with no broken bones)...

Our next instalment of Do’s and Don’ts come from @maternallygrateful A space for those navigating motherhood without the support and guidance of their own mothers.

Disclaimer* I know the words DO/DON’T can seem demanding but these really are soft suggestions that may or may not work for you. This is specific to mum/mother figure loss so please feel free to take what’s helpful and leave the rest.

After having twins in lockdown my sister Tara begun reflecting on her motherhood journey and the impact of not having her own mum around at this momentous time. This isolating experience lead her to connect with others and create community over at ➡️ @maternallygrateful

As I continue to look at the photos from Birthing the Future on a daily basis, I’m always so bloody proud of what we achieved with this campaign... in a global pandemic... Highlighting what women and birthing people have been through, mostly alone throughout this time.

The images are so full of hope and joy whilst being totally raw and real.

Hands down this was one of my career highlights with my short time at @thepositivebirthcompany
The sobbing on the train on the way home was totally proof 💫 #totesemosh

And so we continue with the mission to change the world, one birth at a time 🌍

Happy IWD to all women out there and especially to my daily team and inspirational support, who have kept the @moodymonth app moving. Equality is not here yet, but the world is still fighting for it everyday ✨🌍🌏💫
