Popped out with just one baba for the first time! Obsessed with my @artipoppe carrier ☯️ a little nod to the fact he is still a twin!
Had to run out and buy some more @ecobynaty nappies as they are quickly outgrowing everything! 💪🏻🐷

It was such an honour to be asked to take part in this campaign in March, for @lindafarrow in support of the amazing work that @smartworkscharity do to support women returning to work. I first heard about this charity when I was doing a tour of Holloway Women’s Prison with the Shoreditch Sisters yonks ago, so it was really special to be able to support their important mission in this small way.
50% of the proceeds from this Linda Farrow collection go to the Smart Works Charity. 👏

Twinning is winning and there’s no one I prefer to play Same-same-but-different with. You’re my partner in crime and you just GET ME - whatever planet they sent you from, I feel so fucking lucky you landed here! 👽⚡️🛸

At this awkward time between Dry Jan and Sober October, I’ve decided I want to take some time away from the booze again and swap my Aperol Spritz for Soda Water and Lime. 🍹
I stopped drinking for a long time while I was really poorly with ME, and since feeling better I’ve brought it back into my life. Last year was a big one, full of weddings and hen-do’s, so I wanted to join in the fun.
But recently I have had a realisation that I’ve been taking liberties with my health and body, and I’m seeing some of my dormant symptoms returning again.
In an effort to keep on track with my recovery from ME/CFS, I’m going to get back on track with the healthy lifestyle choices that got me my life back. I promise to avoid becoming wellness spam 🤣 #sobercurious taken in Chapel Down Gin Works & Restaurant by @tarastarlet
