Such a fun day with @redmondrealsalt ! Thank you Julie for putting everything together and for bringing such a great group of women together. Everyone was warm, interesting and so fun to spend the day with!! 🤍

Getting to see the mine up close and learn how much goes into something as simple as salt was so cool. I’ve used their salt for years.. so seeing where it all starts made me appreciate it even more.

Such an incredible day 🤍

"I learned what kind of a manager I didn't want to be." That's the lesson Tara Bench walked away with from working for Martha Stewart in the early 2000s 👀

@tarateaspoon joins us live from Kit Studios NYC to unpack how those early lessons shaped the way she leads her own team today: how to give real feedback, how to hire well, and yes, how to fire when you have to.

We also get into diversifying your revenue as a creator, where Tara sees the industry heading in the next 5 years, and why building the right team might be the most underrated skill in this business.

Love a gluten free trip to NYC and this trip led me to the @specialtyfoodassociation Fancy Food Show where I found new and old favorites like @eatcoyotas @eatgheelish @fishwife @bixbychocolate @masa_chips and so many more!

We had the best sushi ever at @naminori.us where everything on the menu is gluten free even the churros for dessert! Of course we also had to try the gluten free chicken nuggets and caviar along with non-alcoholic champagne at @coqodaq and it did not disappoint! Afternoon tea at @theplazahotel is always a must and they were so accommodating to my celiac disease and dairy allergy.

We had a blast recording in the @kit studio with @tarateaspoon @thebutterhalf_ @tastemakerconference and I was honored to get to see Tara’s incredible collection of Martha magazines! It was an amazing trip and I highly recommend all the gluten free food we had 🫶🏼
