This method for making cinnamon rolls makes them ultra soft, and helps them stay soft for days!

My homemade cinnamon rolls use a milk bread technique called tangzhong to make the dough incredibly soft, fluffy, and tender. Then comes the gooey brown sugar and cinnamon filling and a creamy frosting.

They’re worth the extra few minutes of prep and make the whole kitchen smell amazing.

My tip will revolutionize how you make apple muffins!
✨Ok so that’s a little dramatic, but both cooking the apples before adding them to the batter, and using @plugrabutter —a rich, higher fat butter, makes these muffins tender, and flavorful.

My new apple streusel muffin recipe makes impossibly tender, deeply buttery muffins that stay soft for days. Here’s why: @plugrabutter butter has extra fat content and it creates that fluffy texture and rich flavor. And gives these butter-cooked apples what they need to truly caramelize.
One of my favorite tricks is to cook apples before adding to muffins, so there aren’t watery and crunchy apples in each bite. They are tender, caramelized, and melt in your mouth.
