Our Founder, Arnavaz Damania, received the esteemed Pune Festival Award for her contribution to Indian hockey as the Former President of Indian Women’s Hockey Association. Sunetra Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, presented the award to Arnavaz at the inauguration of the 38th Pune Festival on Friday (September 18). A visionary leader, Arnavaz's passion and kindness keep inspiring not only the Connecting family but many others whose lives she has touched. She is the one who encourages us every day to stay sincere and genuine in our work for suicide prevention. We feel fortunate to see her deep involvement and commitment towards building caring and compassionate communities. ❤️😊 #connectingtrust #punefestival #sunetrapawar #suicideprevention #indianhockey

The Connecting family puts its heart and soul into the work we do. We stand together for all those who are looking for a safe, compassionate space. We offer our gentle presence and emotional support to all who wish to find some light when everything looks dark and bleak. While we do all this, we also know how important self-care and small moments of happiness are. May we find support and well-wishes of all the lovely people, who believe in this cause and our dedication towards it. We just celebrated our 21st Anniversary, and what joy it was! We played, laughed, danced carefree, enjoyed wonderful music, relished good food, and made memories for life. ❤️☺️ #connectingtrust #emotionalsupport #compassion #grateful #memories

What an incredible week of deep acting work in Rignana Estate, Tuscany, Italy! @rignana.estate We had actors from five continents who came together to share their love of the craft of acting as a deeply transformative creative source in our world. Their curiosity for one another’s culture, celebration of each other’s differences and empowerment of one another’s creative human condition contained such immense beauty , it was a privilege to witness. Christina Tedders @xtinatedders Antoinette Doyle Camilla Werner-Longo @camilla_roseee Elizabeth Demetrios @elizabethdemetrios Sailor Love @sailorlove.xo Sarah Paul Rakshit Bhuchar @rakshitbhuchar Tarsha Kohli @tarshakohli Rebecca Morten @rebeccamortonx A special thank you to Alessandra, Martino, Pippa, and all the phenomenal staff at Rignana Estate. The food, the wine, the incredible attention to detail, and the genuine care and love you showed to all of our actors made us feel completely at home. Such a beautiful place, filled with warmth and generosity, we’re so grateful for everything. And of course, thank you as well to our furry friends, the dogs “Nico & Olivio”, the two alpacas, “Machu & Picchu”, the rabbits, and the hens, all part of the magic of such a beautiful place. We leave feeling inspired, connected, and deeply grateful.
