The Greatest You. A day to remember. ❤️

Our 2026 Signature Fall Kick Off brought the Royal LePage Signature Realty community together for a day of inspiration, connection and growth, centred around one powerful theme: The Greatest You.

We were honoured to welcome Simon Keith, whose remarkable story of resilience, perseverance and determination challenged us to think bigger, push beyond our limits and make every moment count.

From powerful conversations and valuable industry connections to actionable strategies and a 90-day plan for personal and professional growth, the day was a reminder that greatness isn’t a destination. It’s something we work toward every day. 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, our incredible trade show partners and, of course, Simon Keith for sharing his story and inspiring our community to keep striving for more. 🙌

At Signature, we’re proud to create opportunities that bring our REALTORS® together to learn, grow and continue elevating the experience they deliver to their clients.

My girl @tasha_mack_ (Realtor & Founder of TMAC Property Group) shares how, after successfully building a marketing department at a development and design company, she got laid off on a random Tuesday. This pushed her to go all in on her real estate career and led her to pivot and finally launch TMAC Property Group.

She credits her trust circle for encouraging her to take that leap because - as she says - shit happens, and in those crossroad moments, you need the right people around you, encouraging you to bet on yourself.

You can't trust everyone with the vision - but the ones that you can trust will fuel and fan your flames. 🔥

More to come from my @circleofaces.pod episode with my very good friend, frequent collaborator, former business partner, and overall impressive af human @tasha_mack_ !!!
