SOLD for $80K below the listing price! Congratulations to my buyer client on securing this prime vacant lot, just steps from Lake Simcoe on a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood in Innisfil.

With the right timing, strategy and negotiation tactics, we were able to secure the perfect property for their redevelopment plans.

Curious about redevelopment or investing in vacant land opportunities? - Let’s connect!
