When Black Swan met Boy Band Bro 😆

Threw together this costume with clothes from my regular wardrobe. Of course I possessed a tutu from the old school @topshop 👌
Leant this outfit out a couple of times to friends, I should be a fancydress supplier 🙌

Shout out to my brother's style, his wardrobe is as eclectic as mine 🤩

Assuming 2 seasons per year, this could be the 250th Gola drop. That’s a heritage 👌🏻 TBH, not *absolutely* sure how drops worked in 1905 and my IG won’t scroll that far back.

This post-run selfie was shared so much on my stories that it’s worth putting here… if you’re looking for a local source of healthy tonics look no further than @tt_au79. I’ve been having them weekly for years and love them! 🧡

And this is a big bottle… I’m small, but not that small 😂

Lovely feedback & rebookings

I have received soo many messages of encouragement & even been gifted this just gorgeous diffuser by the most wonderful soul (they even came by bus, to support me at yoga 🧡🫶🏼)

I have been part time for a good number of years now, being fortunate to dib in & out depending on circumstances & having a ‘proper’ job alongside, not having been fully self employed for over 11 years now & not really wanting to go back to it.

Not just this week, but the past year has proven that folk may come & go. You may beat yourself up when you misjudge someone or something, however, when you start believing in yourself. Start listening to the right people.

We can take that leap.

Having a beautiful space #TWBBPoD that I share with @ilashedbyclaudia

From the bottom of my heart & especially to you guys, know who you are:

thank you 🧡🧡🧡

🧡I am asked all the time: the macrame is the work of @knotsandrocks_

🧡The aroma in the Pod is from @arlu_holistics

To be continued……..

The most Beautiful afternoon today hosting our Ground & Glow Retreat a time to pause, reflect, ground and glow.

Such a special day and thank you to those that came along and trusted us to support you. We had a gorgeous afternoon of winter skincare and facials, restorative yoga and finishing with a reiki soundbath what a Perfect down and a time to reset.

We can’t wait for the next one 🍁🍂🍁🍂

Thank you very much to @cribdencrafts for letting us use your gorgeous space and to @tashalitmakeup for your gold tonic

Sound on for the Aegean Sea vibes 🌊

A return from a much needed holiday to relax and reset, away from the day to day responsibilities, and questionable weather 😅

Who doesn't like staring at the waves lapping, creating sea glitter ✨️

Grounding on the beach, soaking up the benefits of mother nature, the water is so therapeutic 💙

The benefits of an all inclusive holiday 🙏

You can load up on your chosen nutrients, building up the minerals your body needs. I love my food and love an all inclusive. I eat as many eggs as possible for breakfast, the wholefood winner that is nutrient dense. Also Greek yoghurt, another great choice to start the day with protein.

Healthy eating is not boring. It's an absolute delight 🙏

Last night I devoured two portions of liver with my chosen vegetables and salad. It's a dream way of eating 🙌🙌

At lunch I'm sampling fish I've never heard of, the height of choice is such a blessing 🙏

Always splendid meeting up with my oldest school friends but not enough time in one evening to reminisce, catch-up and gossip! Weekend away next time 🤞❤️

What a joy it was to style the very sassy Charlotte & Tariq’s stunning wedding 🤍✨ From romantic candlelight to natural textures of pampas, cotton, and eucalyptus, every detail came together to create the most magical celebration of love complimenting @holmesmill_ aesthetic and history perfectly.

A day filled with confetti, laughter, and so much happiness — it was an honour to bring their vision to life.

May all your best parties end up in the bath tub 🥳
