To every single person who showed up for our first PADS+ IN THE PARK, thank you. Thank you for spending your Saturday morning with us. For showing up ready to move, sweat, try something new, meet new people and bring the kind of energy we hoped this event would have. 🥊

Some of you came with friends. Some came solo. Some had boxed before and some picked up pads for the first time. But for one morning, we all moved together.

This is only the beginning of the community we want to build, and we’re so grateful you got to be part of the first one. 🤝

⛰️ Ready to run the 50 miler in the morning at Sinister 7! This will be my 4th time running this distance here.
Some ppl don’t repeat races but these mountains are so special to me. And there’s something about sunset on top of Seven Sisters! I never made it out last year because Dad died. So this is extra special for me. I’m going to climb up high to be closer to Dad 🪽 so don’t mind me if you find me shedding an extra tear here and there on the trail ♥️
It’s going to be a hot one! ☀️

I’ve said it before but anyone can enjoy a class at @champsboxingyeg . Whether you’re with 8 time world Champion @jelenaboxing or any of the other instructors they will teach to everyone in the class no matter what level. If you’re in doubt I know that @drfarha077 will teach you absolutely everything. You will enjoy it and you will sweat a lot. Sometimes after her Sunday morning class we Brunch @brownsyeg Come out and enjoy #communitysweat

@communitysweat. Together again. Great to get together with the early morning group again. This is @champsboxingyeg in Chapelle. Team teach with @jelenaboxing and @drfarha077 11:00 am Sunday will be Farha’s regular time starting on March 12. We were all tired but only @izabela.sundar wore her crown 😂😂😂😂 @nns0075 neglected to tell her when he took the photo ChampsBoxing grand opening next weekend 🥊🥊

Finally together with friends that I have missed so much. The new @champsboxingyeg is open in Chappelle. Beautiful new studio on the south side. Team teaches with @jelenaboxing and @katiejchamberlain are always fun. Great to see friends @drfarha077 @nns0075 @izabela.sundar . Missing from picture @tashbryenton . Check the new schedule for class times. Grand opening March 5 which just happens to be my 66th birthday. On my Birthday I will be Boxing 🥊 and then going to @brownsyeg .

There isn’t a word that can explain the immense gratitude that I have for this space, these people, this type of energy.

I hit 200 classes as a rider not too long ago, and I taught my 200th class last night.
Believe it or not, they felt very similar.

HOW?
The energy WE create in the room through a 45 minute class has no hierarchy. It just IS.
What you bring, and what I bring, is what creates the energy that we leave with.

No one can create that energy twice. It’s one of a kind. And so are each and every one of you.

Thank you for supporting me, I can’t wait to support you through 200 more classes together.❤️

It was great to be back @champsboxingyeg with the Tuesday morning crew. @jelenaboxing kicked our butts as usual. It was the first time the crew was back together in way too long!
