August Member of the Month: Tash

Our early morning rise and grinder, Tash is always one of the first throught the door. Hard to miss in a session due to her committed workout ethic, bubbly personality and bright clothing; she is the epitomy of strong and sweet. With a no-excuse, no-skipping attitude, Tash spends more time getting ready for work at Fit Report than she does her own home and we recognise and reward her comittment to fitness. Let's give it up for Tash! 🫵🏽⚡🌈

🌈 What's your favorite cardio & weights exercise?
Probably ski erg squat jumps or jumping jacks - definitely not bench hops! I love them all, but if I had to pick, it's deadlifts or squats! 🌟

🌈 How do you spend your downtime?
Traveling, being outdoors, and staying active. I also love game nights or just hanging out with friends and family, making memories. 🎮

🌈 What do you do for work?
I'm a dental hygienist! 🪥

July was a big month as we celebrated our 6 month birthday AND these superstars who topped our attendance. Impressive numbers in the Summer months when there's lots of reasons to slow down, these guys did not! 🌞🔋

🚨 Special mention to @kmueller319 who has made every 👏🏽 single 👏🏽 leaderboard 👏🏽 since 👏🏽 we 👏🏽opened 👏🏽!!!! Incredible!!!! 🏆🏆🏆

To everyone..... everyyyyy class is an achievement, and everyyyyyy effort is worth celebrating. You're not just building fitness; you're building resilience, discipline, and strength. We're honored to be part of your journey. Keep showing up, and we'll keep cheering you on! Let's go August. 💪🏽

@cyl_okc is continuing rewarding our top attendees the gift of recovery with a free sauna, red light therapy or lymphatic roller session so show this^^^ and be sure to use it this month! ☁️

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife! How lucky it is to be married to your best friend. I love our life - from the loud moments of fun to the quiet evenings at home. I’m a lucky man to have you by my side. I love you my little pootie pop! 😘
