What season are you in, and what version of YOU are you taking into 2027? ✨ There’s something powerful about being in a room full of women who know WHO they are, recognize the season they’re in, and aren’t afraid to evolve into the next version of themselves. 💕 We each chose ONE WORD that represents the woman we are becoming in this current chapter of life. Because sometimes growth isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finally stepping into everything you’ve already been called to be. Whether you’re in your season of being selfish with your time, dropping the top on them, embracing curiosity, or discovering what MORE could look like for you, every season represents a different version of the woman you’re becoming. ✨💕 So tell me, what ONE WORD describes the season you’re currently in? 👀👇🏽 #blackgirlmagic #charlottenc #womeninbusiness

When I started Sydd in the City seven years ago, I had no idea what I was doing or where it would take me. All I knew was that I wanted to create content, post videos on YouTube, and build something that felt like me. Now, seven years later, people see me and greet me as “Sydd in the City” instead of Sydney — and every single time, it means more to me than you know. 🥹🩷 What started as a personal passion has grown into so much more. Along the way, I taught myself how to edit videos, create graphics, bring visual concepts to life, understand my audience, and navigate the world of influencing and content creation. I even went back to school and earned my master’s degree as another way of investing in myself, my creativity, and the career I wanted to build. There have been amazing milestones, exciting opportunities, lessons learned, and yes… plenty of roadblocks too. But through every season, Sydd in the City has continued to grow right alongside me. I’m proud of the brand I’ve built. I’m proud of the creator I’ve become. And I’m even more excited because I know this story is still being written. To everyone who has watched a video, liked a post, shared my content, attended an event, supported an opportunity, encouraged me, or simply called me “Sydd in the City” — thank you. 🩷 And since this whole journey started with me wanting to make YouTube videos, it’s only right that we bring it full circle. I PROMISE I’m coming back to YouTube! 😂💕 So make sure you’re subscribed to my channel , link in bio — because I have so much fun content coming your way! - Your favorite city girl ,Sydd in the City

Money. Matcha. Meaningful conversation. 🤍 This is exactly what I envisioned when I created Money & Matcha, an intimate space where women can connect, talk business, talk money, exchange ideas, and build genuine relationships around the table. No awkward networking. No pressure to perform. Just good conversation, beautiful energy, and women who are serious about where they’re going. Thank you to every woman who joined me for this first gathering and helped bring the vision to life. This may have been our first table @folia.southend, but it certainly won’t be our last. ☕️✨ Money & Matcha returns next month. #womensupportingwomen #charlottenc #community #matcha #financialeducation
