What happens when two chefs, shaped by different journeys, discover a shared instinct?

In conversation with @tasukon from @robbreportth , Chef @vincethierry and Chef @steflequellec reflect on what connects their approaches to cooking.

For Chef Vincent Thierry, true luxury lies in simplicity. For Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec, it is about bringing haute cuisine down from its pedestal.

As their paths come together again for Two Scenes, One Table, they explore the shared instinct behind their culinary philosophies — and what happens when two culinary voices meet at the same table.

Robb Report Thailand’s Phuket launch continued at PRU — the island’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, and the right room for the conversation.

Chef Jimmy Ophorst’s kitchen works from a community-to-fork philosophy: an open theatre kitchen, panoramic ocean views, and a menu governed entirely by the season. PRU holds a Michelin Star, a Michelin Green Star, and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for a cellar of 650 labels.

The guest list: the developers, investors, and business leaders for whom Phuket is not a second thought but a first priority. This is a community that takes the island seriously. Robb Report Thailand arrived to meet them there — with Sumi Soorian, our Director of Luxury Projects in Phuket, leading the way, and with thanks to our partners at @tri_vananda_phuket for making the day possible.

Our gratitude to every one of them.

Robb Report Thailand arrived in Phuket — and the island, it turns out, was ready.

An intimate evening at Sipping Tiger, InterContinental Phuket Resort, Kamala Beach — a creative cocktail den set into the hillside, channelling a 1940s private hideout, and the right room for the occasion. The guest list: the developers, investors, and executives for whom Phuket is the address where Thailand’s most significant second homes, investment portfolios, and business decisions now converge.

This is a community that takes the island seriously. Robb Report Thailand arrived to meet them there — led on the ground by Sumi Soorian, our Director of Luxury Projects in Phuket — and we are deeply grateful to everyone who came.

Creators and Collectors was always more than a theme. It was a description of the room.

At the inaugural issue launch of Robb Report Thailand — held at @nobu.bangkok, EA Rooftop at The Empire — we spoke with four people shaping what luxury looks and feels like in this country right now.

We asked them one question: What is your impression of Robb Report Thailand?

Sii Eawsakul, Founder of @luxuryhuntdotcom and 100 Best. Kittiphong Sansomboon, Chief Commercial Officer of @thaiairways. Natthapat Sibunruang, CEO of @mjets. Sirapat Pipatveeravat, Creative Director of @dermond_jewelry.

Here is what they said.

We are honoured to have participated in the inauguration of Robb Report Thailand @robbreportth last night at InterContinental Phuket Resort - marking the official launch of one of the world’s most prestigious luxury lifestyle publications in Thailand.

Under the patronage of Editor-in-Chief Vajravorn Na Tasukon and graciously hosted by Sumitha (Sumi) Soorian, Director of Robb Report Southern Thailand, the evening brought together an exceptional gathering of personalities from the world of luxury hospitality, yachting, healthcare & longevity.

https://robbreport.co.th

Among the distinguished guests were Bjorn Courage, General Manager of InterContinental Phuket Resort, Vrit Yongsakul, Owner of Princess Yachts Southeast Asia, alongside the Directors of Bangkok Hospital, Bumrungrad Hospital, and many other inspiring figures shaping Thailand’s premium lifestyle landscape.

It was a memorable evening of meaningful conversations, new connections and shared visions for the continued growth of luxury and excellence in Thailand.

Congratulations to the entire Robb Report Thailand team on this exciting new chapter - we look forward to following the journey ahead.

A full house, on a monsoon evening, for a magazine that six months ago existed only in our heads — and is now in your hands. Some things still need to be held.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for dinner at Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo — for the conversation, and for being exactly the community this magazine is built around.

To chef @bjorntischner and the exceptional team at @sartoriabypauloairaudo, and to our friends at @pernodricard Thailand — thank you for making the evening what it was.

The inaugural issue of Robb Report Thailand is here — and we launched it the only way that felt right: in person, fifty-seven floors above Sathorn at @nobu.bangkok, with over a hundred guests who have been part of this story from the beginning.

A panel discussion. A lunch. A room full of leaders, collectors, entrepreneurs, cultural custodians and taste makers — the very people this issue was built around. And a magazine, in 2026, that people actually wanted to hold.

A particular thank-you to @nobu.bangkok for the sky-high execution, and to our partners who made the day possible.
