Frederick isn’t just growing…it’s being invested in. 👀

The new Marriott on Carroll Creek is more than a hotel. It’s a pretty big signal of what’s coming next for Frederick.

And when major investment moves in, opportunity tends to follow.

Thinking about making Frederick home? Let’s talk before 2027. 🏡

Staying informed is part of how we serve our clients better. 🏡

Our team spent the afternoon at the Frederick County Association of REALTORS® Membership Lunch, getting valuable updates from local title and lending professionals and hearing from a local appraiser with 20 years of experience right here in the Frederick market.

Understanding what’s happening right now, from lending and title changes to home values, appraisals, and shifting market conditions, helps us give our buyers and sellers better advice and confidently guide them through their next move.

Real estate is constantly changing, and we believe our job is to keep learning, stay connected, and keep our finger on the pulse of the Frederick County market.

Thinking about buying or selling? Work with a team that doesn’t just follow the market—we make it our business to understand it.

Send us a DM and let’s talk about what today’s market means for you. 🏡

Keys delivered 🗝️✨

September was full of first-time homebuyers, familiar faces, and a few moments we did not see coming.

A buyer who asked every question and made the whole team better for it. A couple closing on their first home with a wedding not far behind. A closing day that ended with a proposal at the property. And repeat clients who came back around for round two.

Every closing has a story. What they all had in common? Great people, great agents, and a team that genuinely loves getting everyone to the finish line.

This is the part of the job that never gets old. Closings like these feel like home.

If you know, you know. 🎡

For nine days every September, Frederick has somewhere to be — The Great Frederick Fair.

Sure, there’s fair food, livestock, concerts, rides and the demolition derby… but it’s more than that.

It’s running into people you know every 10 feet.
It’s traditions families have had for generations.
It’s kids making memories in the same place their parents did.
It’s one of those things that makes Frederick feel less like a place you live and more like a community you’re part of.

And THAT is one of the reasons we love selling real estate here. ❤️

Thinking about making Frederick home? Come experience it for yourself.

And Frederick locals — what’s the ONE thing you never miss at the fair? 👇

Why work with one agent when you can have an entire team behind you?

One agent may have 10 years of experience. Combined, we have nearly 80.

One agent misses your call? There are 6 of us — someone is always there to help.
One agent has one network. We have 6 different networks of buyers, sellers, agents, vendors and local connections working for you.

And when it comes to selling your home, we don’t just take photos and put it on the MLS. 3D tours. Floor plans. Drone photography. Professional marketing. And a whole lot of social media exposure.

The best part? You don’t pay extra for any of it. Same cost. Six times the coverage.
More experience. More expertise. More marketing power. More guidance. More accountability.

That’s exactly what the Kimberly John Group was built to provide.

And if that doesn’t make the choice obvious enough 😉 reach out and let us show you what having an entire team in your corner can do for your next move.

Oh the stories this group could tell. The good, the bad, and the surprising. It’s all fair game when it comes to real estate!

Although this group may not be divulging the craziest stories on camera (...yet) we sat down with @tay_stemple and @richphillipsmdrealestate, two local Maryland real estate agents to talk about what it is really like working in this industry and what makes deals come together. Stay tuned for the conversations🗝️
