Ephesians 5:22-33 NIV

We golfed, ate delicious food, drank all the drinks, made new friends, fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing, enjoyed the views from all over the resort, ventured into Christiansted, snorkeled around Buck Island Reef National Monument and fell even more in love with each other😍 I never wanted to leave!

Keys delivered 🗝️✨

September was full of first-time homebuyers, familiar faces, and a few moments we did not see coming.

A buyer who asked every question and made the whole team better for it. A couple closing on their first home with a wedding not far behind. A closing day that ended with a proposal at the property. And repeat clients who came back around for round two.

Every closing has a story. What they all had in common? Great people, great agents, and a team that genuinely loves getting everyone to the finish line.

I do love real estate. But the longer I’m in this business, the more I realize the houses are actually the smallest part of why.

I love the people. The stories. The strategy. The negotiating. The problem solving. And yes, even the phone calls when everything suddenly feels like too much.

Because behind every transaction is usually something much bigger.

A first home. A growing family. A fresh start. A job change. A move closer to the people you love. Sometimes even a chapter you weren’t quite ready to close.

Getting to be the person someone trusts to help them navigate all of that is the part of real estate I love most.

The houses are pretty great too. 😉 But the people will always be my why.

🏡 Closing Day!

Back in January, this family went under contract on their beautiful new construction home, and today they officially received the keys.

Their goal was to be settled before the end of summer so they could enjoy a few pool days and start making the most of their new community and today, they made that happen.
