Hi, hoomans! It’s been a while…

I’ve been LOVING LIFE with mommy and dada

🦴I turned 6 months old on Saturday! 🎉
🦴I scoped out a few pheasants 🪶
🦴I’m 50lb now 🥩
🦴I got SO MANY new toys for Christmas 🎄
🦴I experienced my first snow ❄️
🦴I still cuddle my hoomans everyday - it’s my safe space ❤️

Oh…and I still eat raw @wefeedraw 😏🥩

Talk soon🐶💕

Happy National Personal Trainer Day to all my trainers out there! I wish I can tag all of you but I can only tag 20 😂

Thank you all for being part of my journey! I have learned so much from my peers, my mentors, and the ones I have trained!

I am also so grateful to my clients for being the community that took a chance at me at Golds! All the experience, memories, sessions, and everything in between have helped me go after my dream of starting my own personal training business. Thank you all for letting me be part of your fitness journey.

Thank you to my mentors and cohort for helping me take my business to a whole new level! I wish you all the best and I know we are all going to kill it and be the change our industry needs! Thank you for the lessons and belief in each other 💪

And thank you to my wife which is also the greatest trainer I have ever met! I’ve never met such a kind person that helps everyone at any time! No wonder everyone wants to train with you 😘

Good morning, hoomans! Let’s make Monday the BEST day filled with lots of good food (don’t forget to wipe your face, unless you want to save some for later), cuddles, and lots of walks!
