Why choose one when they’re better together? Strength builds your body’s capacity - helping you produce force, handle load and get stronger. Pilates builds control - challenging stability, core strength, mobility and precision. Strength × stability. Power × precision. Come experience the best of both at our Boot Camp this Sunday PLUS an additional section with HIIT🤍

No aesthetically pleasing race photos because that’s what happens when you spontaneously take a half solo trip. Also, small life update I’ve never actually shared: I got a coach!! @fahsyfit 🫶🏽 Days after NYC, I decided it was time to see what could happen if I learned to race smarter, not just harder. A few months into training, I casually asked, “Should I do DC?” There was zero hesitation: “Do it.” We wanted to see what we were working with and where these last few months of training had taken us. Safe to say, I’m pretty damn happy with the answer. A 4-minute overall PB and I’m absolutely over the moon about it. But the biggest win was finally feeling like I raced my race. Trusted the training, stayed controlled, and had enough to pick the run pace back up in the second half before fully emptying the tank at wall balls. The results speak for themselves thanks to the @roxfit.app Wall balls can still kindly kick rocks :) I’m beyond grateful for @fahsyfit for believing in me & taking the chance, teaching me to trust my body, and showing me what racing with intention can look like. Let me tell you, We’re just getting started folks. & forever grateful for the people who’ve become family, the Newby basement & @taylorleefit_ for the training space, and a weekend that ended with one of my favorite things: cheering on some of my favorite people. DC, you were SOO good. Boston, see you soon w/ @builtby.lexx as we take on our pro debut! #hyrox #wallballs #athlete #running #washington

As we wrap up our 10th Annual Menstrual Product Drive, we’re taking a moment to really sit with what this means. A decade of conversations, collections, partnerships, and people choosing to care about something that often goes unseen 💖 This year, you made it possible to collect 9,337 menstrual products for RISE. Pads, tampons, and other essentials that will go directly to individuals in our community who need them. This photo only shows a fraction of what was collected! Whether you donated, hosted a collection box, or helped spread the word, you were part of this. Thank you! 🙏🏼 And a big thank you to this year’s drop-off locations and partners: ✨ @bodyandsol3102 ✨ @bcdancecenter ✨ Kaitlyn James, LMT ✨ @mayorjaredkraham ✨ @senatorleawebb ✨ @organicyogawellness ✨ @radiantpsych_ ✨ Santé Comprehensive Women’s Healthcare ✨ @taylorleefit_ ✨ Your Home Public Library A special shout out to the Binghamton Book Babes for leading this year’s drive in total donations 💕 Ten years in, and this work still matters just as much as it did on day one. Until next year 🤍
