POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

" Where Memories Sleep in Teacups by Harshita Belwal" is the kind of novel that makes you look at an innocent cup of tea and wonder, “Wait… what secrets are YOU hiding?” Blending memory, love, nostalgia, and all those things people dramatically refuse to say out loud, the book creates a warm and reflective reading experience; with just enough emotional chaos to keep things interesting.

The title itself deserves applause. Apparently, memories don’t sleep in photo albums, diaries, or dusty boxes anymore. They have upgraded their accommodation to teacups. Honestly, considering how many important conversations happen over tea, this feels suspiciously believable.

Belwal brings a thoughtful sensitivity to the story, exploring how the past can quietly influence the present. The emotional moments are balanced with a gentle narrative style, making the book feel intimate without becoming unbearably heavy. And yes, there are plenty of moments where you may want to tell the characters, “Please just TALK to each other!” But then again, if everyone communicated efficiently, we wouldn’t have a novel.

The book’s charm lies in its exploration of relationships, memories, silences, and the emotions hiding between ordinary moments. It encourages readers to pause and appreciate the things that often go unnoticed; while simultaneously making you question why fictional characters have such impressive talent for keeping perfectly reasonable things unsaid.

Overall, Where Memories Sleep in Teacups is a warm, emotional, and quietly engaging read. It is perfect for readers who enjoy heartfelt storytelling, meaningful relationships, nostalgia, and, apparently, beverages with excellent memory skills.

*Book Review: The Girl in Chains by Devashish Sardana*

Devashish Sardana’s The Girl in Chains is a gripping psychological thriller that wastes little time establishing an atmosphere of mystery, danger, and uncertainty. With its intriguing premise and provocative title, the novel immediately raises an unsettling question: what if captivity could somehow feel safer than freedom? From there, Sardana builds a story that keeps readers questioning what they know and, more importantly, what they believe.

The novel is particularly effective in creating tension without relying solely on dramatic twists. Its strength lies in the psychological layers surrounding its characters, their choices, fears, and hidden motivations. The narrative encourages readers to look beyond appearances and consider how circumstances can alter perceptions of safety, trust, and justice.

Sardana’s storytelling has a distinctly cinematic quality, making the scenes easy to imagine while maintaining a steady sense of suspense. The pacing keeps the pages turning, with carefully placed revelations that deepen curiosity without giving everything away. Fans of psychological mysteries and crime thrillers will appreciate the atmosphere of uncertainty that runs throughout the book.

As part of the Simone Singh thriller series, The Girl in Chains carries the intrigue associated with Sardana’s earlier work while presenting a compelling mystery of its own. It balances suspense, psychological tension, and emotional complexity effectively.

Overall, The Girl in Chains is an engaging and thought-provoking thriller that keeps readers alert from beginning to end. Sardana succeeds in creating a mysterious world where appearances can be deceptive and every assumption deserves a second look. It is a compelling read for anyone who enjoys intelligent, suspenseful mysteries with a psychological edge.

*Book Review: Real World AI for Sustainable and Profitable EPC Projects By Navin Kumar*

Real World AI for Sustainable and Profitable EPC Projects: AI + Human Collaboration for Smarter, Safer and Sustainable Projects offers a timely and practical look at how artificial intelligence can reshape Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. Rather than presenting AI as a futuristic concept reserved for technology experts, Navin Kumar brings the discussion closer to the realities of large-scale projects, where efficiency, safety, sustainability and profitability must work together.

One of the book’s strongest qualities is its focus on the collaboration between humans and AI. It presents technology as a powerful partner that can support better decisions while still recognizing the importance of human judgment, experience and responsibility. This balanced perspective makes the subject approachable, particularly for professionals who may be curious about AI but uncertain about its practical relevance to their work.

The book also highlights the potential of AI to improve project planning, risk management, resource utilization, safety practices and sustainability. Its emphasis on smarter processes and responsible technological adoption gives the discussion a distinctly practical character. Instead of simply celebrating AI, the book encourages readers to consider how it can create meaningful value in real-world environments.

Kumar’s approach makes this a useful read for EPC professionals, project managers, engineers, business leaders and anyone interested in the intersection of technology and sustainable development. It successfully connects an emerging technology with the everyday challenges of complex projects.

Overall, this is an insightful and forward-looking book that encourages readers to view AI not as a replacement for people, but as a tool for building smarter, safer and more sustainable projects.

*Book Review: Where Medicine Meets Money by Sudhakar Jayaram*

If you have ever entered a hospital for a minor headache and left feeling that your bank account needs emergency medical attention, *Where Medicine Meets Money* might just be the book you never knew you needed!

Sudhakar Jayaram takes readers into the fascinating intersection of healthcare and economics, explaining why hospitals operate the way they do. Because apparently, saving lives is only one part of the equation; the other involves budgets, business models, operational costs, and enough financial calculations to give an accountant a headache.

What makes this subject particularly interesting is how the book explores the business machinery behind healthcare. Hospitals are not simply buildings filled with doctors, nurses, and patients. They are complex organisations juggling medical responsibilities, financial pressures, administrative decisions, and the eternal challenge of making everything work without making the accounts department spontaneously combust.

The real charm lies in understanding the economic forces influencing decisions that affect patients, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators. Jayaram makes a complicated subject relevant to everyday life, encouraging readers to look beyond the white coats and shiny medical equipment to understand what keeps the entire system running.

And suddenly, those hospital bills begin to look less like mysterious documents generated by a particularly creative printer and more like the outcome of an elaborate economic ecosystem!

The book is especially valuable for readers interested in healthcare management, business strategy, and the financial realities of modern medicine. It offers a thought-provoking perspective on an industry where compassion and commerce must somehow share the same waiting room.

Overall, *Where Medicine Meets Money* is an engaging exploration of healthcare economics that manages to make the business side of medicine genuinely interesting. Read it, and you might never look at a hospital the same way again. Your wallet, however, may still request a second opinion!

Dear Zahira, With Love by @gargsachin is a deeply emotional story about Zahira and Ghulam, two souls whose love is torn apart by the India Pakistan Partition. Told through their letters, every word carries so much love, longing, and pain. What makes their story even more heartbreaking is knowing that the distance between them wasn’t simply a matter of miles, but a border that changed lives, separated families, and left scars that lasted for generations.

Every letter made us think about love in a different way. “What is love if not exchanging letters?” “What is love if you can’t make yourself believe in it?” There is something incredibly intimate about watching their relationship unfold through words, especially as they hold on to each other despite years of waiting, distance, uncertainty, and sacrifice.

Our hearts especially broke for Zahira, raising Zubeida alone through so much struggle, and for everything Ghulam and the refugees in Lahore had to endure. We also adored Naani, who, despite the era she lived in, felt surprisingly modern in the way she believed in Zahira’s independence.

This book genuinely shattered us. It made us feel the weight of Partition beyond the history books, showing how a single line drawn on a map could change the course of people’s lives forever. And perhaps the most devastating part is realizing that 79 years later, the political hatred and divisions that caused so much pain still persist.

By the end, we weren’t just thinking about Zahira and Ghulam’s love. We were left with questions, emotions, and little pieces of their story that stayed with us long after we finished reading. A heartbreaking and beautiful story of love, separation, resilience, and the hope of finding your way back to the person who feels like home. 🤍

📚 *Book Review: Junior CEO: Be the CEO of Your Life Authors: CA Palak Pruthi and CA Sagar Pruthi*

Ever wished you could become the CEO of your life? Well, congratulations! You are already the CEO, except your employees are your own bad habits, your finance department is your empty wallet, and your human resources team consists of friends who keep saying, “Bro, just follow your passion!” Welcome to the corporate circus called life!

Junior CEO: Be the CEO of Your Life by CA Palak Pruthi and CA Sagar Pruthi encourages readers to take charge of their decisions, develop leadership qualities, and approach life with a more responsible mindset. The concept is simple: stop waiting for someone to hand you a promotion in life and start managing your own career, choices, and ambitions.

Of course, being your own CEO sounds fantastic until you realise that you are also the accountant, the marketing manager, the employee who misses deadlines, and the HR department investigating why you spent three hours scrolling through reels instead of working. Annual performance reviews? Just look in the mirror. The boss is already disappointed!

The book's central idea is refreshing because it encourages readers to become proactive rather than treating life like a group project where everyone waits for someone else to do the work. It offers a useful perspective on personal growth, decision-making, and building habits that support long-term success.

What makes the concept particularly appealing is its relevance to young readers who are still figuring out their ambitions, strengths, and responsibilities. After all, learning to lead yourself is probably harder than managing an entire office full of adults who pretend to understand Excel.

Overall, this book serves as a motivational reminder that your future deserves more planning than your weekend outing. Read it, reflect on it, and remember: you may be the CEO of your life, but blaming the management for everything won't work anymore!

Dear Monika by Tajinder Singh is an intimate and emotionally engaging work that draws readers into a world of feelings, memories, relationships, and quiet reflections. Written with a personal and heartfelt tone, the book creates the impression of an honest conversation ; one where emotions are allowed to exist without being overly explained or dramatized.

What makes the book appealing is its simplicity. Rather than depending entirely on elaborate storytelling, it gives importance to the emotional spaces between people: the things we say, the things we leave unsaid, and the memories that continue to influence us. The writing has a reflective quality that encourages readers to pause and connect the narrative with their own experiences.

Tajinder Singh’s approach feels conversational and accessible, making the book easy to read while still leaving room for deeper interpretation. There is a gentle balance between warmth and melancholy, and the emotional moments are presented in a way that feels relatable rather than exaggerated.

Dear Monika is also a reminder that human relationships are rarely straightforward. They can carry affection, misunderstandings, nostalgia, hope, and vulnerability at the same time. The book explores these emotional shades with a sincerity that gives it a distinctive charm.

Without revealing any important plot points, it can be said that this is a book best approached with patience and an open mind. Readers who enjoy emotionally driven narratives, personal reflections, and relationship-centred writing may find it particularly engaging.

Overall, Dear Monika is a tender and thoughtful read that stays with the reader through its emotional honesty, conversational style, and understated warmth.

*Living My Truth: A Spiritual Approach to Life and Work by Suyash Gupta*

Living My Truth by Suyash Gupta is a thoughtful exploration of spirituality, self-awareness, and the search for greater meaning in both life and work. Rather than presenting spirituality as something distant or complicated, the book approaches it as a practical way of understanding ourselves, our choices, relationships, ambitions, and everyday experiences.

What makes the book interesting is its focus on authenticity. In a world where people often feel pressured to meet expectations, chase achievements, or constantly prove themselves, the idea of living according to one’s inner truth feels particularly relevant. Gupta encourages readers to pause, reflect, and examine what genuinely matters to them instead of simply moving through life on autopilot.

The connection between spirituality and professional life is another engaging aspect. The book suggests that work does not have to exist separately from personal values and inner growth. Finding purpose, maintaining balance, developing awareness, and approaching challenges with a calmer perspective can influence not only professional experiences but also overall well-being.

The writing carries a reflective quality that makes the book suitable for readers who enjoy personal-development literature with a spiritual dimension. It encourages introspection without turning the journey into a race toward some perfect version of oneself.

Overall, Living My Truth is a gentle invitation to look inward and reconsider the relationship between who we are, what we do, and what we truly value. It is a meaningful read for anyone interested in self-discovery, conscious living, and finding greater purpose in everyday life.
