We attended @allthingsopen RTP at the beginning of the month, still speechless.

They always finds a way to pack a room, and our time there was no different. @tdesseyn got to sit on the state of tech & AI jobs panel with hiring leaders from Dell, AWS, and Enact. Great venue, insightful questions being asked, and so much gems dropped!

Somewhere along the way, "community" started meaning a Discord server and a few Slack channels. Useful, sure. But not the whole story.

Our Phoenix vlog is live on YouTube today, and one of our members said something in it that stuck with us: "We need to get back to actually building community. Showing up in person, in the room, in front of people, not just online."

That's not the easy path. It's slower, it takes more effort, and it doesn't scale the way a post does. But it's also the thing most companies stopped doing, which is exactly why it matters. That's the gap between us and everyone else claiming to "care about community."

Arie & Ozzy’s Fire 🔥 & Ice ❄️ Birthday!

Yesterday was so special celebrating with so many friends. We are incredibly thankful for the amazing community God has surrounded us with. Our kids are so blessed to have so many “Aunts” & “Uncles” who love them so well!

It’s amazing how much life can change in a year. Last year we as a fam of 4 and this year little Shiloh is here aka our “Anna”

I still can’t believe we pulled off a Fire & Ice birthday with fire trucks AND Elsa somehow working perfectly together! 😂🔥❄️

Thank you to everyone who came & made the day so special for our family. And a HUGE thank you to @shackleislandfire_official for making our little boy’s dream come true. I think Ozzy would’ve happily stayed in that fire truck all day! 🚒

God is so, so good!
