This group have quickly become regulars @beloved.bodywork.yoga

What an absolute honor to teach this group each week. They are all relatively new to yoga and are inspiring to watch.
They are so willing to try new things, push out of their normal comfort zone and meet themselves where they are in this moment, without judgement.

They are connecting to themselves and learning how to regulate and release stress and worry…at least for a moment or two. Learning to use their breath and get into their bodies.

It’s magical.

They may not realize it, but they are teaching me as much as I am teaching them.

How blessed am I?

Side note: they also tell me every week how much chair pose is their absolute favorite and how I don’t cue it nearly as often as they would like me to.

Wink wink.
Come hang with me and the cool kids…Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm.
