New delivery of Lutron Lumaris downlights just arrived.

Warm candlelight to bright daylight in one fixture, and they dim to warm like a flame on a candle. These will be used in an upcoming Lutron project. Stay tuned.

Out here in Humboldt County, good internet isn’t always a given, especially on a job site that isn’t finished yet. Traveling with a mobile internet connection helps us get our Lutron projects up and running on install day. No need to wait until the internet is installed to get the lighting loads programmed/running same day.

Say goodbye to the wall of switches. 👋

We’ve all seen it: a four- or five-gang dimmer box crowding the wall, with switches no one can remember the purpose of. It’s cluttered, it’s confusing, and it pulls attention away from everything else in the room.

A Lutron lighting control system replaces all of that with one clean, elegant keypad. ✨

🤍 **Crisp white glass** that sits flush and looks like it belongs in a gallery
🔩 **Refined metal finishes** like brass, bronze, nickel, and more, matched to your hardware and design
💡 **One touch sets a whole scene**, whether that’s “Welcome Home,” “Dinner,” or “Goodnight”

Your lighting should add to your space, not clutter it. Good design is in the details, right down to the wall plate.

Quality doesn’t happen by accident.

It starts long before the finishes go in with careful planning, precise layout, proper preparation, and a team that understands that every detail affects the next.

On a project like this, the finished product is only as good as the work behind it. From framing and rough-ins to stone, tile, and fixtures, every step has to be executed with intention and precision.

That preparation is what allows the details to come together the way they were designed, and it’s what separates a good project from an exceptional one.

Quality. Precision. Preparation.
That’s the standard we bring to every Centerline project.

Considering building a custom home or undertaking a major renovation in the $1M–$10M range? We’d love to talk. Give us a call and let’s start planning your project.

Lutron just got a whole lot more interesting. ✨

We walked through their full lighting lineup — and now there are FOUR tiers to know:

💡 **Ketra** — the pinnacle. Dynamic, natural light that adapts throughout the day. If precision and artistry matter most, this is it.

💡 **Rania** — true-to-life white light in a more accessible package. Perfect for high-end interiors that want that Ketra-level quality without the Ketra-level price tag.

💡 **Orluna** — the newest addition to the family (Lutron just brought them into the fold). This one bridges the gap between Rania and Lumaris, opening up a much wider range of fixture types — downlights, uplights, surface and track lighting — so designers have way more flexibility to work with.

💡 **Lumaris** — the accessible entry point into premium tunable lighting. Great quality of light, without the luxury price point.

Four tiers. One goal: the right light quality for every budget and every space. 🏡

One of our favorite parts of a project is teaching our clients about their new home and everything it’s capable of.

Today, we spent time with these custom home clients walking through their smart home systems and integrating everything into @joshdotai . Lighting, audio, climate control, doorbells, cameras, and more—all brought together into one intuitive platform with app and voice control.

A big part of making that experience so seamless is having the right people on the team. Our integration specialist, @teal_tech , does an incredible job bringing all of these systems together and making sophisticated technology simple and intuitive for our clients.

For us, delivering a custom home isn’t just about building it—it’s about making sure our clients understand how everything works and can take full advantage of the features designed into it.

Who says the playroom has to be just for the kids? 🤎

Our clients wanted a space where the kids could play and they could actually enjoy hanging out too, and we love where it landed.

Custom built-ins, plenty of function, a custom stone fireplace, and warm dim accent lighting that makes the whole room feel extra cozy at night. Swipe to the last pics for the before plus a preview of that warm dim lighting✨
