One button to rule them all 👉🏼

We’re not wizards, we’re just really good at what we do🧙‍♂️😉

One press turns the lights off, audio paused, and shuts the whole house down as you leave for the day.

At @teal_tech we make the complicated feel simple

Be honest, who caught the reference?? 👀 💍 🤣

If you still have to pull out your phone to control your “smart home”, is it really that smart?? 👀

Walk in. Talk naturally. Let your home handle the rest ☑️

THIS is what home automation is supposed to feel like.

Would you use this everyday? Comment below! 👇

Everyone knows a work/life balance is always a struggle. It especially hits different when owning a company. Its hard to turn the switch off, even when you’re technically “off”

With this year being the last time Cedia is hosting in Denver for a bit, we wanted to make that work/life balance not be two separate things….atleast for the week 😂

There’s sacrifices that come with owning a company, but there’s also something pretty incredible about looking around and realizing that what you’ve built is something you genuinely care about.

This career has given me opportunities and experiences that I never could have predicted when first starting. But without the support of @tiffanysordillo none of this would be possible. I usually keep most of my personal life close to the chest, and maintain this account to focus on the professional end of posts. But having my family beside me this week while creating that work/life balance was definitely needed.

So take a look through some of our favorite partner booths and products, and see the other end of the Denver experience! Even the new driver-less Waymos cruising around 🤣 by @teal_tech

At our Weston project on Country Drive, every layer of this home is being thoughtfully integrated from structure to technology.

In collaboration with @teal_tech and @sunsetdevelopment we’re implementing a fully connected smart home experience:
Lutron HomeWorks, the flagship in lighting control, Palladiom keypads, and pre-wired Palladiom shades—paired with whole-home audio and seamless automation.

This is what modern luxury living looks like behind the walls.

Follow along as this home comes to life.

Your windows control more light than any switch in your home…so why are you still adjusting them by hand?! 👀

Automated shades aren’t just for new construction.

No new wiring
No opening walls
Years of battery life
And complete control at the touch of a button.

Would you add automated shades to your home?

Comment “SHADES” if you want to see how they can be added to an existing home. 👇
