Same thing, different day.

We’re focused on growing, becoming stronger and showing up even when we don’t feel like it.

I’ve been enjoying this cable kickback variation. Give it a try & let me know what you think!

Wrapped up my deload week! I had to resist going heavier and reminded myself: girl, enjoy the lighter load because we’ll be going back to the heavy sh*t after this 😂🫠

Four weeks post-show, I started feeling the effects of the grind — mentally and physically. I also noticed some tightness developing in my right hip flexor, so my coach advised me to take a week off and deload.

It was the calibration my body needed. A reminder that sometimes, pushing forward means knowing when to slow down, listen, and allow your body to recover.

Every day counts as I prepare for Nationals, but recovery counts, too. Rest isn’t a step away from the process — it’s part of the process. 🖤

My deload week came right on time. Taking things down a few notches to give my body a much needed break.

We’re deloading this week, but added a back & shoulder day this weekend 😎 I always feel like such a baddie after an upper body workout 🤭

I don’t enjoy Hack Squats but I’m also too short for some of these machines 🤪🫠😂

Nevertheless, growth requires discomfort. So get it done‼️

Sometimes we fail and that’s okay. Because failure is a part of the process to reaching your goals.

I almost forgot how much I love upper body days 🥲

3rd place at my first show in July ’25 → 1st in my class + Overall Champion in August ’26.

One year.
One hell of a transformation.

The physical changes are obvious — more muscle, more shape through my lower body, a physique that has truly begun to embody the Wellness division, and a completely different level of posing.

But the biggest transformation happened where nobody could see it.

I became disciplined when I didn’t feel like it.
I became confident before I had proof.
I became resilient when things got hard.
And I became relentless about becoming the woman I know I’m capable of being.

Bodybuilding is hard AF. It will humble you. It will test your patience, your discipline, your confidence, and your ability to keep going when nobody else can see the work you’re putting in.

But that’s exactly why I love it.

Because the trophy is temporary.
Who you become to earn it is not.

When I look at these photos, I don’t just see a before and after.

I see the woman who started before she knew what she was capable of.

I see the early mornings. The sacrifices. The uncomfortable seasons. The days I questioned myself but showed up anyway.

And I see the evolution.

She didn’t just build a better physique.
She built a stronger woman.

I’m proud of who I was.

I’m proud of the work it took to get here.

And I’m nowhere near done.

This is becoming. And I’m just getting started. 🔥
