Throwback to my birthday month 🎂 July!

And what else would a gym girlie wish for but to hit a new lifting goal 💪

You can see my almost attempt at 180kg and it slipping through my sweaty hands haha - using chalk instead of grips was also a new experience for me!

I did manage a pretty easy 177.5kg the week before but had to call it quits to focus back in on the old bodybuilding again…

More fun to be had in the off season 😁

Pro Show Routine. Spent hours putting this together, came from having two left feet to being able to put together a flow on stage that presented well. The entrance and red light were incredible to experience in person @icnnewzealand. Thank you to my supporters @caitlindaymond “UP THE BUSH” @shastelniu @ruth_wormald @teslim_raheem and as always a massive thank you to @teamambitionnz for getting me here. #mensphysique #bodybuilding #naturalbodybuilder #ambition #icn

South Island Classic 2026 Overall Ms Bodybuilding Champion @rikoditmer Riko Ditmer.

This was Riko's first competition and she nailed the bodybuilding brief - muscular, defined and with powerful posing. Riko is a great representation of natural women's Bodybuilding 💪🏼

Thanks to @diamond.cut.nutrition for their sponsorship of the event and for prizes awarded to the Overall winners.

Eating out doesn’t have to mean going wildly off plan. A yummy bagel with lots of salmon, capers and a bit of cream cheese, enjoying having carbs back and bit of leniency with my eating as we get into the off-season. #bodybuilding #gym #mealplanning #bagel #dunedinnz @bagelosdunedin
