Comfortably into the 160s now, no changes across the whole of this phase as of yet.

Few more weeks left before reversing and getting things moving in the opposite direction.

Physique update

5 weeks into this tidy up phase, currently 7lbs down and things still moving at a good rate of loss, no changes throughout, just a case of getting the most out of what I can, no overthinking the simple things.

Same effort levels, different objectives.

Time to tidy things up a little, I’ve definitely struggled a lot with body image as of late, hence the lack of updates but I wouldn’t be standing by my own principles if I didn’t go outside my comfort zone and hold myself accountable.

Unfortunately there is no secret to improving upon your physique

Your day to day will always show in the end, all those tasks that seem insignificant and meaningless.
Whether you choose to skip a meal, not train on that day, leave sets on the table, not do that cardio session, leave those steps for another day, is all up to you.

One thing is for sure, in the end the direction you chose to go down will always be clear to see.

Don’t be the one to feel sorry for yourself when you choose the comfortable option.

Week 1 of the push up begins, clear for all to see that I just need more muscle, so there’s nothing else to do but to chip away at that goal for the next stint.

Food has seen a steady increase, body weight has shifted up 0.7lbs across the week, I feel much more alive and energy alongside motivation to train is very much on the up, which is to be expected when there’s a shift of goal.. it’s maintaining the same levels of focus and intent throughout the whole 20 weeks that will show come time to strip back.

A little over 13lbs down across the week, very successful tidy up phase.

No changes made across the 10 weeks, heading into a Deload as I’m feeling a little bit beaten up at the moment, before we get stuck into growing a little more muscle 🙃

Heading into the final week of this today up phase, massive 2lbs drop over night 🤷‍♂️

1.6lbs down across the week, another week with no changes to be made, which means not a single change has been made through the whole 10 weeks, smooth sailing throughout.. body nice and responsive.

Very ready to get back into a surplus

170.2 across the week, sitting at 168.4 upon wake this morning.

1.6lbs total loss for the week, so absolutely no need for any changes at this stage.

2 weeks left of this phase before we get stuck into growing again.
