My balanced chaos❤️⚖️

Welp this month has been a crazy one to balance but I couldn’t be more grateful to be able to show up as these big 3:
- A mom to a toddler blossoming in Pre-K.
- A master’s bodybuilder competing nationally.
- A corporate leader returning back to the office.

Navigating this life that I only dreamed of is something I’m so proud of. As a perfectionist it’s been challenging but I’m giving myself grace and will continue showing up for what I want to accomplish. So don’t hate me if you see less of me because I’m sure you can only imagine lol.

I hope you love yours. 🫶🏽

Congratulations to @fitw.drea on winning the Bikini Overall at the @johnnieojacksonclassic 🏆

This was our first season working together, and we went straight to USAs as our first show of the season.

We didn’t walk away with the result we wanted, and Andrea was ready to call the season there. I convinced her to give me one more show and finish the season on a high note.

Drea competed at this same show in her hometown last year and placed second in her class.

I promised her that if she trusted me for a few more weeks, we were coming back to get that Overall title. Then we could end the season, take some time to grow, and come back for another national show when the time is right.

One year later. Same stage. In her hometown. Different result.

Bikini Overall Champion. 🏆

Proud of you Drea. Way to trust the process and finish the season strong. 🎯

A special shout out to @poised.by.mandy.ifbbpro and @coach_serg_g on earning Mandy’s IFBB Wellness Pro card🏆

This one is meaningful to me because I’ve known both Sergio and Mandy for a couple of years, and I’ve had the opportunity to watch them both grow, Mandy as an athlete and Sergio as a coach.

When they reached out to me in June of 2025 to take over Mandy’s contest prep, she was only six weeks out from the NPC USA Championships. I knew it would be a challenge because we were really behind schedule, but I was excited for the opportunity to bring her best to the stage.

Over the last year, Mandy competed in three national level shows:

🥉 2025 NPC USA Championships – 3rd Place
🥉 2025 NPC Nationals – 3rd Place
🏆 2026 NPC USA Championships – IFBB Wellness Pro

After each show, we took the judges’ feedback, made the necessary improvements, and came back better each time. That’s what this sport is all about.

A little over a year later, Mandy earned her IFBB Pro card in the Wellness division.

Congratulations to both of you. Mandy, your work ethic and trust throughout this journey never wavered. Sergio, thank you for trusting me with Mandy’s contest prep while continuing to push her in the gym. It was a true team effort, and I’m really proud of what we accomplished together.

Welcome to the League Mandy! 👊🏆

Forever grateful for my coach who made this dream possible.

There are very few people in life who truly change the course of your story. Andres, you are one of those people for me.

Long before I held an IFBB Pro card in my hands, you believed I could earn it. When all I could see was how far I still had to go, you saw the athlete I was capable of becoming. You never let me settle. You challenged me, corrected me, encouraged me, and reminded me that greatness is built in the moments no one else sees.

People see the stage, the tan, the suit, the trophy, and now the Pro card. What they don’t see are the countless hours you invested behind the scenes. They don’t see the time you spent adjusting my plan, refining me, encouraging me, and refusing to let me fail. They don’t see the sacrifices and all the traveling you made so your athletes could become the best version of themselves.

Thank you for never seeing me as just another athlete. Thank you for caring about me as a person. Thank you for all the audio messages you sent giving me feedback on my check-ins.

Hearing your genuine excitement made me feel incredible and very confident.
Thank you for celebrating my victories as if they were your own.

You changed my life. You helped me discover a version of myself I never knew could exist, and that is a gift I can never repay.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me before the world did. Thank you for never giving up on me.

Thank you for helping me achieve one of the greatest dreams of my life.

I will forever be proud to say that I earned my IFBB Pro card with you in my corner. This accomplishment will always be a reflection of your dedication, your passion, and the incredible coach and person you are.

The pro debut era begins now. 🌐✨👠

I have to give a big shout out to our newest IFBB Fit Model Pro @belladavaloss 💃

Bella and I began working together in May of 2025 as she prepared for her very first competition. Since then, we’ve done a total of 3 shows together

🏆 2025 Johnnie O Jackson Classic – Overall Champion
🥉 2026 NPC Jr. Nationals – 3rd Place
🥇 2026 NPC USA Championships – 1st Place & IFBB Pro Card

Bella is one of the sweetest, youngest, and a hard working athletes I’ve had the privilege of coaching.

Throughout this prep, I pushed her harder than ever because I knew what she was capable of. There were difficult days, challenging adjustments, and moments where we had to dig deeper, but she never complained… at least not to me 😅 Her momager, @liapachita may tell you otherwise 😂

After placing 3rd at Jr. Nationals, we took the judges feedback, made the necessary improvements, and came back better. This weekend, she earned her IFBB Pro card in a deep lineup of 20 talented women.

Bella, I’m very proud of you, not just for earning your pro card, but for the discipline, resilience, and trust you showed throughout this entire journey.

Congratulations again and Welcome to the IFBB Pro League!

The best is yet to come🏆
