I am extremely proud of your hard work, consistency, and resilience over these past few months of prep.

From a less-than-ideal placing 4 weeks ago in Miami to winning a pro show today, you’ve shown incredible growth.

We learned, adjusted, and executed this peak to perfection.

We’ll only keep improving from here!

A special shout out to @poised.by.mandy.ifbbpro and @coach_serg_g on earning Mandy’s IFBB Wellness Pro card🏆

This one is meaningful to me because I’ve known both Sergio and Mandy for a couple of years, and I’ve had the opportunity to watch them both grow, Mandy as an athlete and Sergio as a coach.

When they reached out to me in June of 2025 to take over Mandy’s contest prep, she was only six weeks out from the NPC USA Championships. I knew it would be a challenge because we were really behind schedule, but I was excited for the opportunity to bring her best to the stage.

Over the last year, Mandy competed in three national level shows:

🥉 2025 NPC USA Championships – 3rd Place
🥉 2025 NPC Nationals – 3rd Place
🏆 2026 NPC USA Championships – IFBB Wellness Pro

After each show, we took the judges’ feedback, made the necessary improvements, and came back better each time. That’s what this sport is all about.

A little over a year later, Mandy earned her IFBB Pro card in the Wellness division.

Congratulations to both of you. Mandy, your work ethic and trust throughout this journey never wavered. Sergio, thank you for trusting me with Mandy’s contest prep while continuing to push her in the gym. It was a true team effort, and I’m really proud of what we accomplished together.

Welcome to the League Mandy! 👊🏆

Forever grateful for my coach who made this dream possible.

There are very few people in life who truly change the course of your story. Andres, you are one of those people for me.

Long before I held an IFBB Pro card in my hands, you believed I could earn it. When all I could see was how far I still had to go, you saw the athlete I was capable of becoming. You never let me settle. You challenged me, corrected me, encouraged me, and reminded me that greatness is built in the moments no one else sees.

People see the stage, the tan, the suit, the trophy, and now the Pro card. What they don’t see are the countless hours you invested behind the scenes. They don’t see the time you spent adjusting my plan, refining me, encouraging me, and refusing to let me fail. They don’t see the sacrifices and all the traveling you made so your athletes could become the best version of themselves.

Thank you for never seeing me as just another athlete. Thank you for caring about me as a person. Thank you for all the audio messages you sent giving me feedback on my check-ins.

Hearing your genuine excitement made me feel incredible and very confident.
Thank you for celebrating my victories as if they were your own.

You changed my life. You helped me discover a version of myself I never knew could exist, and that is a gift I can never repay.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me before the world did. Thank you for never giving up on me.

Thank you for helping me achieve one of the greatest dreams of my life.

I will forever be proud to say that I earned my IFBB Pro card with you in my corner. This accomplishment will always be a reflection of your dedication, your passion, and the incredible coach and person you are.

The pro debut era begins now. 🌐✨👠 taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @teambblegacies

I have to give a big shout out to our newest IFBB Fit Model Pro @belladavaloss 💃

Bella and I began working together in May of 2025 as she prepared for her very first competition. Since then, we’ve done a total of 3 shows together

🏆 2025 Johnnie O Jackson Classic – Overall Champion
🥉 2026 NPC Jr. Nationals – 3rd Place
🥇 2026 NPC USA Championships – 1st Place & IFBB Pro Card

Bella is one of the sweetest, youngest, and a hard working athletes I’ve had the privilege of coaching.

Throughout this prep, I pushed her harder than ever because I knew what she was capable of. There were difficult days, challenging adjustments, and moments where we had to dig deeper, but she never complained… at least not to me 😅 Her momager, @liapachita may tell you otherwise 😂

After placing 3rd at Jr. Nationals, we took the judges feedback, made the necessary improvements, and came back better. This weekend, she earned her IFBB Pro card in a deep lineup of 20 talented women.

Bella, I’m very proud of you, not just for earning your pro card, but for the discipline, resilience, and trust you showed throughout this entire journey.

Congratulations again and Welcome to the IFBB Pro League!

The best is yet to come🏆

Congratulations to @mjwarrick on earning her IFBB Pro Card at the 2026 NPC Universe 🏆

This was our first show of the season, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start.

Mickala has been with me since January 2024, and this pro card is the result of over two years of consistency, trust, and patience.

Along the way, we earned multiple regional class wins, first call outs at the national level, and continued making improvements season after season. When we knew there was still more potential to unlock, we stepped away from the stage and committed to an improvement season instead of rushing the process.

At 51 years old, we knew building more muscle, especially in her lower body, would take time. Instead of chasing another show we focused on bringing up the areas that mattered most. She trusted the process, stayed patient, and never wavered.

Two and a half years later, she earned her IFBB Pro Card.

What has always stood out to me is Mickala’s consistency. I can probably count on one hand how many check ins she has missed since we started working together. Week after week she showed up and did the work.

This season was about bringing her absolute best package to the stage and that’s exactly what she did.

Swipe to see her journey from her very first checkins in January 2024 to earning her IFBB Pro Card ➡️🔥

Congratulations to @winie.fitness_ifbbpro on earning her IFBB Pro Card this past weekend at the 2026 NPC Universe 🏆

This season was all about bringing her best package to the national stage, and that’s exactly what she did.

After months of hard work, consistency, and trusting the process, Winie stepped on stage and delivered her all time best physique.

Seeing an athlete continue to improve, execute the plan, and achieve a lifelong goal is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching.

Swipe to see her transformation from her very first check in of 2026 to show day. The improvements she made over the course of this season are a testament to her work ethic and commitment to the process.

So proud of everything you put into this prep, Winie. You earned this pro card.

Welcome to the IFBB Pro League 💪🏆
