Your Home. Your Wealth. Your Legacy.

Planning for Life’s Next Chapter

Retirement is about more than just having enough money saved. It’s about making informed decisions regarding your home, your finances, and the legacy you leave behind.

I’m excited to partner with CarlosAguila of @aguila_law and Eva Gonzalez @teamdadof8 @evamomof8 of Keller Williams Realty for an educational evening bringing together three important perspectives on retirement planning!

Together, we’ll be discussing:

💰 Your Wealth – Are you financially prepared for retirement, and how can you create sustainable income?

🏡 Your Home – Should you stay, downsize, or relocate as you enter your next chapter?

📜 Your Legacy – How can you protect what you’ve built and plan for the next generation?

Our goal is simple: to help you walk away with greater clarity, confidence, and actionable steps for your future.

📅 Wednesday, October 28th
⏰ 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Reception Palace Ballrooms | Miami, FL

Whether you’re approaching retirement, already retired, or helping a loved one navigate these decisions, we’d love to have you join us!

🎟️ Register through the link in my bio!

Feel free to share this with someone who could benefit from the conversation.

Plot twist! 😂🏡⛵️

We were going to rent the house… but now it’s FOR SALE too!

Rent it or sell it, one thing is certain, we’re getting closer to Flyin’ Haven! ⛵️💙

Stay tuned… this downsizing adventure is getting REAL! 😳😂 #blessedandhighlyfavored #momof8andglamma #teamdadof8realestate #selleragent #downsizingjourney

For my 59 years + 9 months celebration 🥳🐊🌴Jorge and I became tourists in our own city! 😂 We took a Big Bus from Miami Beach to Sawgrass Recreation Park for my very first Everglades airboat ride! 😬 Our bus driver was so funny, Lisa aka Sweet Brown Sugar, and made this experience more joyful. 😀

During my 1st airboat ride, we saw a gator 🐊, an Anhinga (the “snake bird”), a Great Blue Heron, a Gray-headed Swamphen, and LOTS of dragonflies! 😯🐦🌿

Then it was back to real estate 🏡 to put a lockbox on our new Miami Beach listing, followed by one more picture with my 59 + 9 sign at the beach 🏖️, dinner at Kampai 🍣🥂 and, for the glamorous finale… Aldi! 🤣🛒

Thank you, Jorge, for always being willing to go along with my crazy ideas and celebrate with me. 🥰

Next stop… 59 + 10! Hope what I have planned works out. Stay tuned 🫣

Only THREE more months until 60! 😳🥳🎉

We are one ☝️ week away from dropping off the items that we have been collecting for the Mision Santa Ana food 🥫bank. They are located in Naranja and for the past few summers @carlos_gonzalez2057 and I @teamdadof8 i’ve been taking non-perishable food items for their food pantry. 🥫😇🥫

If you would like to donate to this cost, and/or have other items that you would like to donate for their flea market, please let me know so we can arrange for pick up or drop off.

Thank all of you who have donated in the past and donated for this last drop. May God bless you. 🙏😇
Enjoy this beautiful Miami weather!!! 🤩
