The goal going into Nationals: GROW GLUTES! 🍑💪

3 weeks post-show and we’re officially starting the building phase! More calories, heavier lifting, and a whole lot of hard work ahead and I am all IN for this!

One step at a time, trusting the process, and working toward a better version of me. 🍑

Your results will never lie about the promises you keep🔥

Discipline is doing what you said you would do, even when motivation fades, temptation shows up, and nobody is watching

Birthday party last night 💃🏼 lemon water in my glass 🍋🤭 and back to my usual Saturday morning StairMaster session today🥵 Same commitment. Same standards. Same goal 💪🏽

No shortcuts. No magic solutions. No excuses. Just consistency, hard work, and actions that match my words🙌🏽

I don’t just talk about the goals I want. I show up for them EVERY SINGLE DAY 💙🔥

Be the person who keeps the promises you make to yourself. That’s where the real transformation begins ✨

Two weeks post-show! 💪🏼✨

📸 The photo on the left is today’s check-in, up 5 pounds from stage weight. The photo on the right was one week post-show, up 4 pounds. It’s a learning process, and I’m learning to trust my body as it recovers and adjusts after prep.

For me, prep isn’t the hardest part. It’s the post-show phase! Learning to adjust, increase calories, and open myself up to more foods while trusting the process has been a whole new journey. We’re currently at 1,900 calories, and we’ll continue increasing as my body adjusts.

I also received feedback from Sandy, the head judge at the San Francisco Classic. My suit, color, hair, makeup, and overall look were all on point! 🙌🏼 The focus moving forward is building fuller glutes and shoulders as I work toward Nationals.

🔥 The plan is set! My national debut will be at the Ben Weider Naturals in November 2027! We’re are in the rush to get to nations!

Now it’s time to shift gears, fuel my body, build muscle, and make the improvements needed to bring my best package to the national stage.

Prep is one challenge. Learning to grow after prep is another. Trusting the process, embracing the growth, and chasing that dream! 🏆🍑💪🏼
