those ross dock hills are no joke 😭
ending week 6 w a HILL (literally) — first time at ross dock and i can’t believe it was 900+ of elevation gain. so so proud of myself and the rest of the squad. this was so tough but so rewarding as well 🙂‍↕️ we did that 🤪

📣📣 RACE ANNOUCEMENT📣📣

After many failed lottery attempts, and even some failed charity bib efforts earlier this year, i’m proud to say I am partnering with for Team for Kids for the 2026 Virtual NYC Marathon, with guaranteed entry to the 2027 NYC Marathon!

if you know me, you know I love a quick trip to NYC, Peloton NYC, a quick subway ride, and most of all, going for a run.

This October I will be running the first ever “Barbados Marathon” around my neighborhood. However, I need your help!

SOO we’re doing this again! I am thrilled to share that I was accepted to run a marathon with Team for Kids this year to gain guaranteed entry to the NY Marathon in 2027! I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me so far. Thanks to your generosity, I’ve raised $856 toward my $2,000 goal! Every donation, share, and word of encouragement means more than you know.

Between marathon training, work, and life, I missed posting this update on Sunday, but I’m still moving forward—both in my training and in this fundraising journey.

I’m proud to be running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon Virtual as part of Team for Kids, an incredible organization that helps provide young people with access to running programs, physical activity, and resources that encourage healthy, active lifestyles. Every dollar raised helps create opportunities for kids to build confidence, improve their health, and discover the joy of running.

Training has been going well, and with each mile, I’m reminded why I committed to this challenge. Now I’m asking for your continued support to help me reach my fundraising goal.

week 6 and rolling 400s got me🫨
[ 400 at 7:55/mi into 400 at 9:05/mi ] x5
heat wasn’t doing me well and had to adjust but this was probably one of my hardest workouts so far of the block. it ain’t all pretty, sunshine and rainbows 😭 but we always locked in. never gave up but just adjusted and that’s the best we can do 🙂‍↕️ link in bio as always to support kids nationwide ❤️
