We’re turning TWO together!!! Sooooo come celebrate Friday, October 9th, 4–9 pm.

Our friends from @marilynnerestaurant and @spydistillery are joining us, and the whole brewery/pizza team is pretty much DJing. It’s gonna be insane! Wear your dancing boots.

Also, @nice.brewbar is popping up at 10am Saturday morning, so come through and let Jay make ya a proper cup.

Connecting through nature, local food, and community is at the heart of everything we do at HealthWithNature.Org. Gatherings like the Kenneth’s Walk remind us why these shared moments outdoors are so vital for our collective well-being.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Duntroon Highlands Golf, hosted at The Highlands House, the event brought people together in reflection, movement, and genuine human connection. While the walk honours and remembers Kenneth while supporting the inspiring work of the Team Give’r Foundation, it also speaks to a broader truth: we heal, grow, and thrive when we step outside and gather as a community.

Sharing locally sourced food and walking together under open skies serves as a quiet reminder that wellness is not an isolated pursuit. It is built in the spaces where we show up for one another, honour shared memories, and ground ourselves in the natural world.

Thank you to everyone who joined, contributed, and helped cultivate a space where nature, nourishment, and community intersect.

The #teamgiver foundation was started in memory of our late brother Kenneth who was, and still is, a continual source of inspiration to so many of us. Its a wonderful charity, encouraging youth in sports and professional cooking, and you can check out the link here Source: Team GIVE’R Foundation https://share.google/CuPpoDGftaeTeJ0HK

Miss all my family, cousins and friends, both old and new, hope everyone has a day filled with memories, laughter and camaraderie.

Love you Trout.

Some of my favourite pictures from our Icefield trip! It was my first time driving this stretch of highway and it was so beautiful. We set up camp there at 2,000m and did day hikes - all of which gave us amazing views and perspectives of the area. Our country is truly stunning and I feel very blessed to live here 🙌🇨🇦
