Heading into meet prep once again and I am excited for all of the positive changes for me. A new weight class, returning to my roots, and becoming better with the best 🖤

Some tricep content for you all. These are a good time.

🛏️ Lying Dumbbell KickUps - I prefer them on the floor with my back foot flat. Roll your elbow towards the ground, extend and throw. Don’t let go of the dumbbell. Or just let go. Do you.

👩🏼‍🦱Rapunzel Pulldowns - Stole these from @hypertrophycoach . You can do these with two rope attachments or a pair of abnormally long @spudincstraps . Pretend you’re stuck in a castle with nice long hair but no one is coming to save you. Grow big triceps and save yo self.

1️⃣ Arm Lat Pulldown Triceps Extensions - Generally a nice time. You get to sit and relax. Start absurdly light and enjoy yourself.

4 Days out. I’m cooked in a good way…I’m ready to compete and I’m ready for what comes next. I guess I need new knee sleeves 🤣

Here’s a couple two tree exercises I have been doing lately with the olllleee 🆎 sling.

Weighted, I prefer to grab a med ball between my feet but you could also squeeze between your knees.

☝️Leg, the goal is to get my knees as high as possible without swinging/dying.

Knee raises, take your time and come all the way ⬇️ so you don’t swing too much/use too much momentum.

Throwing a box or bench behind you to stop you from swinging is also a nice thing.

One week out. The fatigue is real but so is the fact that weight is still moving. Time to have some fun and ball. LFG 🔥🔥

Pulled a nice 413 double today, kicked out a little, but still moved okay. Actually haven't doubled more than 407 in years and definitely not at this bw. Let's see what decides to show up on the platform next week😏

Two weeks out and feeling good. Excited for regionals and then got some things brewing after that. Just keep the momentum going.

Last heavy squat day before Regionals..
391 for a single, I wanted it to move a little better, but giving myself some grace here, with just one moderate peaking block, and down 3kg within the last 4 weeks, it's still a great number to put up. 2 weeks out
