Another week done — here’s how it went:

The summer holidays are giving me more time with my little man, and I’m grateful for every bit of it.

• Friends gathering. They loved him. He’s already invited back.

• More dog walks, coffee, and a catch-up with a friend.

• Sunday surprise — little man wanted to see me. Arcades,then football in the park.

• Face-to-face check-in with a client.

• Grip strength comp with a world record holder. Managed43kg.

• Started the process for a new home.

• Vision board done — one side gratitude, the other direction.

• Dog House training with little man tagging along.

• Birthday present shopping for his mum… with a cunning detour to pick his own.

• Wrapped up with Football Friday, as always.

Plenty done.
Plenty to be grateful for.

Another tear-jerking testimonial for coaching, this time from @jopo_nutrition.

It’s absolutely wild to think, I remember being sat in the cap park of a 2Bros regional show, replying to an email enquiry from Jopo for coaching. To then this year being sat as a groomsman at his wedding, with us having shared so many incredible memories together over the years.

Truly love you man, I feel extremely lucky to have been connected to you through the work we did together ❤️

YES YOU CAN!

When two worlds or passions collide great things can really happen ✨️

I have strength trained with Jordan for four years and love it, though I have gardened for longer. I dreamt of changing my garden and making it feel more like mine but wasn't sure where to start or if I could even do it on my budget.

But do it I did! I believe weight training enabled me to lift and shift everything which saved me thousands of £'s on labour costs and the friendships made through #gardengram and the gym, Ros, John, Alice and many of you lovelies in my phone helped me to get it over the line, whether your kind support was offered physically or mentally 🥰

Evidence that if you want to do something, you should just go for it! With determination, a sprinkle of self-belief, humour, a few tears, plenty of hope and a bit of help from friends, surprising things can be achieved.

What's the worse that could happen? So what if it's not ''perfect', have you looked closely at my grout? 🤭 If you don't try you'll never know ✨️
