Unbelievable to see this transformation from one of my oldest friends @ajtailford 💥

Over 10lbs off since we started working. Absolutely CRAZY!

Progressive training, frequent meal consumption, limiting overeating, and adequate protein intake has allowed AJ to drop a good amount of body fat, and pack on some serious lean muscle.

It’s worth noting that AJ isn’t always 100% with his nutrition, so for him to make this level of progress while still having a day or two a week where he eats a little bit more is pretty crazy.
