🥋🔥 My first BJJ competition is in the books! 💪

No matches won today, but I learned so much! ❤️ I gave it my all, fought until the end, and never gave up. 👊🔥

Today wasn’t about winning medals — it was about gaining experience, learning from every match, and discovering which techniques I need to work on. 📈 Every lesson is another step forward.

I’ll keep training, keep learning, and keep showing up. My journey has just begun! 🥋💯

Today’s lessons. Tomorrow’s progress. One day, the wins will come. 🏆🔥

Tonight technique @teamkaishin @henkheneweerbjj

Close Guard ➡️ De La Riva ➡️ Spider/Reverse De La Riva ➡️ Spin Under Back Take ➡️ Bow & Arrow 👊

For me Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is always combining techniques and learning them connect smoothly together and finding a connection somewhere on your opponent and feeling where his energy is going and use this to transition smoothly from one Guard into another, same with Sweeps & Submissions. The more flow you develop in your transitions, the better your connection will also develop and visa versa.
The less strength and energy you need to transition from one situation into another, the more likely you recover faster after an attack or defending situation and will have more strength & stamina left for the moments when it’s really needed to explode in a fight 👊

Great start of the week ⭐️ 🔥 @teamkaishin @henkheneweerbjj

Everyone working hard and pushing each other to their next levels, the only way it supposed to be. Always strive to be better and helping others to become better, because if your team mate becomes better, you going to have a better training partner too in the long run and so you will reach higher levels too.
If you are willing to give, you will receive back something that’s worth much more than money and status ever can buy.

Awesome to see how we are growing as a group and how all individuals reaching their goals in the long term and how they create tools for life from young to old 🔥💪🙏❤️👊

First results of today @the_agf_europe Düsseldorf. I won by submission via armbar in my NoGi Challenger division.
Gi Challenger was against @jjb_leo which is always a tough fight. Stay tuned for my first fights in the Juvenile division later today 👊🏻💪🏻
