Is it possible to lose weight and eat more food? FUCK YEAH IT IS

I know I know it’s scary to eat more food sometimes because you’re already not where you want to be

But you just have to know how to do it right and focus on the right things

That’s what we do here.

As a new dad Bryan’s health took a back seat…

Late nights with the baby..
Busy work schedules with tight deadlines..

It was easier to “do it later” and put everyone else first.

He tried a few different diets…eating healthier…but nothing was enough to make any real progress

More veggies, less processed food, he was doing everything “right”

We implemented the 4M method and got him on a training program to help build muscle

Then we actually added food to his diet to fuel performance in and out of the gym

Anddd we included foods he likes so it wasn’t just chicken breast and rice 6x a day

Now he’s down 11 lbs..
Inches off the waist
Stronger and more muscle

And he’s setting the example for his family that taking care of yourself is important

And being fit enough to be present for everything

He knew what to do to lose the weight but also knew it’s easier when you get help

Ian’s been shredded and competed before but life happens and things get in the way

Having a plan made for him and someone to hold him accountable made things way easier

Even when you know what to do, not having to make the decisions takes away stress and you can focus on executing

Originally he hit me up last year to get back in shape and do a show but took a step away for personal reasons

This year he decided he was ready and we went straight to work

64 lbs in 5 months and 11+ inches off the waist

Insane progress in that amount of time but the craziest part was that he said it was easier than past preps

He wasn’t as dead or starving as previous times

We had a burger and fries or some refeed/cheat meal 75% of the weeks

He even went to New York to celebrate the Knicks parade in the middle of prep lol

This isn’t typical progress for everyone but it is a good reminder for what’s possible

He set his goal and aimed high and we executed 🔥

After 3 years back into training Landen decided to commit to himself and go all in

He competed before over 10 years ago when he was a teen and then fell off when life happened

3 years ago he finally got back in the gym and realized that this was his passion

But something was missing…

Some of the things he tried didn’t fit his lifestyle and so he would fall off..change his mind between bulking and cutting

Until he finally said enough is enough and we got in contact

He knew he had the discipline but didn’t know where to put it all

Everything he learned was jumbled up in his head and it got more confusing trying to figure out what to do

So he joined the Lionhearted Program to finally take out the guesswork and to be held accountable to his goals

And just 2 months later he’s already down 17 lbs, has enjoyed some meals off and the abs are already showing through

We’re no where near done but Landen is already starting to realize his potential 🔥

61 lbs down in just under 5 months…

Def one of the craziest transformations I’ve been a part of

We never gave up rice/carbs

50% of the weeks he had in n out or a cheat meal

And he even took a trip to NY for the Knicks parade and just finished moving apts

“I’ll start again next month”

Anytime Kay would slip up a little on his diet he would tell himself to start fresh later

But after years of being on and off with his health he had enough

Little things like tying his shoes were getting hard and he started asking himself

“What happened to you?”

The tough part was that he was reliving the same 6 month cycle trying to do the same diets that he knew didn’t work for him

After implementing the 4M method he’s been able to lose 27 lbs in just 4 months

He’s got more energy, he’s stronger and has been able to do all this coming off torn hips from a car accident

And without giving up rice or foods that he loves

From tired with brain fog to keeping up with the kids no matter what..

Llew was already training consistently but wasn’t seeing any progress on the scale or in the mirror

With two young boys he wanted to make sure he had the energy to keep up with the and set a great example

Now 2 months in he’s down 15 lbs, clothes are fitting better, and energy is up

And we didn’t have to give up rice or family meals to do it.

He wanted to be the Dad that asked his kids if they wanted to go to the park…

Not hope that they didn’t ask because he was tired.

But he didn’t know how to lose the weight without giving up rice or living in the gym

After implementing the Asian Shredding System he’s down 50+ lbs…

Lost inches off his waist..

And all his bloodwork numbers are good now.

All while eating a pizza every weekend…

Going on multiple vacations…

And working out 3x a week from home.

He’s even lost 10+ lbs since leaving he program…

Because we’ve created a lifestyle and system he can keep up with for the rest of his life.

32 lbs in 12 weeks without giving up carbs?

Ian came to me 12 weeks ago with a huge goal to get back in shape

He knows his way around the gym and has been shredded before but he wanted some extra help

Because knowing what to do doesn’t mean you’re able to make the best decisions for yourself

We’re moving fast but we’ve worked together before so I know what his body is capable of

32 lbs and 5.2 inches off the waist in 12 weeks is crazy progress

But that was us taking it pretty easy

20-30 min cardio a few times a week and carbs with every meal

We just dropped the hammer and now things are about to get crazy 🔥

One year ago I hired Coach AJ — @lionhearted_aj — and got out of my own way.

At my heaviest I was 300 pounds. In 2024 I was hovering around 260. When I started working with him I was around 230-240.

This morning I woke up at 206.

That’s not a transformation. That’s a decision that compounded over 365 days.

I knew I was turning 40 in 2027. I knew I wanted to do better — for myself, for my family, for my son. And I knew I couldn’t keep being the obstacle in my own path.

One year is all it takes to change your life. All you have to do is show up.
Hiring someone to tell me what to do because I needed it — best decision I’ve ever made.

Growth follows identity. Decide again.

30 lbs down in 6 months

Justin is a bio pharm sales rep that came to me wanting more routine and structure with his fitness

He felt like he slowly lost the fit and more confident version of himself

Last summer he looked in the mirror and said “this doesn’t feel like me”

But things were different now with traveling for work at least 1 week a month

So we created a system that worked with his lifestyle while still making progress
Still enjoying meals out
Still traveling for work

Now his confidence is back up..
He’s performing better in all aspects

And it’s given him more time and energy to enjoy life in general

Tomorrow marks one year working my coach @lionhearted_aj and @teamlionhearted . Have had a few free meals previously but this phase has brought me to my leanest, but we still not done.
