🍃 Sacred Flower: The Practice

If you’ve ever been curious about working with sacred plant allies…

Join Shawn Shymanski, Holistic Health Practitioner, as he shares how these sacred plants — along with holistic nutrition and natural principles — helped him rebuild his life after experiencing life-altering seizures at 30.

What once felt like a breaking point became a turning point.
Through reverence for nature, disciplined practice, and alignment with the body’s intelligence, healing became possible.

This is a holistic exploration into the intentional relationship with plant allies — to help us heal, balance, and return to our natural state of harmony.

We begin in open conversation, learning how to approach these sacred allies with clarity, respect, and purpose.
Then we move into silence… allowing the plants to unite our breath with our intention.

Together, we raise the vibration of —
Love.
Positivity.
Abundance.

Bring your questions.
Bring your curiosity.
Bring your smile.

Support your practice responsibly and source your plant allies in alignment with natural healthy practices. At the shop-No med card needed

Let’s reconnect with nature and remember who we are.

Sacred Flower — The Practice
A path of reconnecting with your inner rhythm through one of nature’s oldest allies.

Sacred Family, this work changed my life.
Years ago, after a major health wake-up call, I found myself reevaluating everything — my habits, my stress, my environment, the way I was living day to day. And what helped guide me back into alignment was a deep relationship with this sacred flower.

Not for escape.
For clarity.
For regulation.
For remembering the truth of who I am.

This practice has helped me tune my breath… calm the noise… release built-up tension… and realign with the man I knew I was meant to become. It helped me rebuild my health after seizures and walk with intention toward higher goals, deeper purpose, and a life I am proud of.

That’s why I created Sacred Flower: The Practice —
a safe, intentional container where we explore the wisdom of this plant, learn how to work with it instead of around it, and align ourselves with a more grounded, focused, heart-centered life.

If you’re feeling the pull toward a more natural rhythm…
If you’re curious about deepening your relationship with this ally…
If you’re ready to release stress, find clarity, and live in your highest alignment…

I’ve opened up the doorway for you.

✨ Learn more at TheNinjaCup.com
(That’s where I can speak more openly and guide you deeper.)
And please, join me @saltcitysanctuary on Saturday the 20th as we sit with this sacred plant allies.

You’re never alone on this path — we rise together.

You are the creator of your universe.
Make it a blessed day.
Love, Shawn.

✨ Awakened Harmony: A Call to Your Dream Life ✨

Not sure if this made any sense, but here we are—flowing at the Salt City Sanctuary, sharing Awakened Harmony, spreading Love, Positivity, and Abundance, and living the Dream Life Alignment Practice. 🌱💫

Every moment, life gives us a choice.
A choice to show up for our dreams… or to drift into the life that’s simply happening around us.

Each breath, each step, each decision is a doorway. 🚪
Will you step through into the life your soul is calling for?
Or will you stay where you are, letting old patterns and fears keep you from the life you know is possible?

I’ve walked this path through seizures, grief, addiction, heartbreak, and countless moments of uncertainty. And what I’ve discovered is this: your dream life is built one choice at a time. 🌄

That’s why I created Awakened Harmony—to help you release the weight of the past, align with your deepest intentions, and embody the energy of love and abundance. Tonight, we gather to empower our hearts, raise our vibration, and take another step toward the life we were born to live.

💌 DM me for details or to join our self-empowerment programs:
• Empowered Essence (Women’s group) 🌸
• The Ninja Within (Men’s group) ⚔️

You are the Creator of Your Universe.
Make it a Blessed Day.
Love,
Shawn

🌱 Awaken with the Plants 🌱

Today, we gather to honor one of the most powerful plant allies on this planet.
This plant has been a sacred friend on my journey—a guide that has helped me through addiction, grief, pain, and profound transformation.

There were times when I felt completely lost, disconnected from myself and my purpose. In those dark moments, it was plant medicine that reminded me of the truth:
✨ That healing is possible.
✨ That love is always within reach.
✨ That life can be created anew, from the inside out.

These plants are more than just medicine—they are teachers, showing us how to align with nature, release what no longer serves us, and awaken to the dream life we were meant to live.

Today at Salt City Sanctuary from 2–4 p.m., we’ll come together in ceremony to:
🌬 Release fear, doubt, and old conditioning.
🌞 Receive love, positivity, and abundance.
🌿 Empower ourselves to live fully aligned, vibrant lives.

If you’ve been feeling called to deepen your connection—with yourself, with community, and with the wisdom of the Earth—this is your sign.

💌 DM me to reserve your spot. Let’s journey together.

You are the creator of your universe.
Make it a blessed day.
Love,
Shawn

There will always be a need go beyond what the book says, what the standard is and what we are taught. To wade further into the water, searching past the edges in space and deeper into ourselves.

Shedding skin is a normal part of the process. Even the practices that currently bring us regeneration will no doubt evolve and change as each of us eternally expand.

Clinging is suffering. Resistance is suffering.
Open your heart and surrender to trust and flow.
