I finally got around to putting together a little something for Natasha’s birthday week. I’m so touched by how many wonderful people she has in her life.
Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate.

On my 40th, I was in jail. My 50th I was alone. My 60th was beyond my wildest dreams. My dreamgirl Natasha threw me an amazing party, and invited all my favorite humans. (And most of them came!) Two of my three girls, Jade and Stella, were there too. I’m the luckiest man I know, to have such a lovely group help me celebrate my not only surviving 60 years, but thriving as well. Friends and family is what it’s about and I’m grateful to have both. I love you all. Thank you. (Miss you, Elena.)

Cinnamon is premiering at #Tribeca2023 today at 2pm! Cannot wait to see (and meet!) the cast and crew that made this such a fun film to work on.

This film is written/directed by one of my closest friends, @bryiankmj. The score is written by me, with support from my team at @outlierstudios, and orchestral performances by @famesproject.

Cinnamon is a @tubi Original produced by @village.roadshow. The soundtrack will be released by @lakeshorerecords.

You can stream it on Tubi June 23rd!

July 27th. Heading to the airport and I’m paralyzed by the thought of having to eat plane food. Overcome with anxiety I decide to have the driver stop at the Sandwich King of Astoria for a pick me up. When we’re just around the corner and waiting for the light to change I spot a gyro cart and once again I’m frozen. This time by indecision. In a brief moment of clarity I leap out of the car, order and inhale a gyro.. As I head back toward the car my eyes land on The Sandwich King’s blue awning a half a block away. It’s calling me… “Why not?” I order a classic 13 inch snackaboo for the flight home and feel a mild sense of accomplishment when I turn down the flight attendant as she approaches to ask what I want for dinner. Some days we make the right decisions. All is right as rain. #iateitall #classicmaterial #queensshitonly #enjoytheride
